**What do you like best about AdWerx?**

Adwrex customer support has made the experince of ad creation, enhancement requests and use of the product so simple. The staff is very responsive. As a customer, we are kept up to speed with upcoming enhancements and when we've requested new features they were programmed and released very quickly. Support is always very responsive and knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about AdWerx?**

We haven't found one yet! The ads are automatically created, they run for a predetermined amount of time and the clicks and view are easily accessible. The platform is mostly automated which helps our agents advertise their listing, open houses and themselves with very little effort.

**What problems is AdWerx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdWerx is helping to put Listed property information and Open Houses in front of potenital buyers on multiple platforms. They also have retargeting ads that promote our agents.

**What do you like best about AdWerx?**

AdWerx is a pretty small company and their support team has been very responsive to us and helped us when we were having issues.  Their service is to design and place motion ads on common websites, which is valuable to our company.
Their pricing is very reasonable for what they do.

**What do you dislike about AdWerx?**

We had a lot of issues when first starting with AdWerx, and the impression we got was that AdWerx was laying off a lot of their staff because no one was responding. Luckily, this has leveled out since.
Quality control issues are common, i.e. putting the wrong ad with the wrong website link.
Also AdWerx will only reach out to contacts using emails you provide, so if you are looking for a lead gen platform, AdWerx isn't it.

**What problems is AdWerx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdWerx helps with the visibility of agents and nurturing contacts we've already collected.
