What I appreciate most about WETHOD is that it makes management feel clearer and more collaborative than most tools I have used. Usually platforms like this are functional, but not especially intuitive or pleasant to work with. WETHOD feels different.
What I like is that it helps you keep many connected aspects of work in the same place: projects, people, planning, budgets, margins, pipeline, and overall business visibility. For me, the value is not only in having these features, but in the way the platform encourages a more transparent and responsible way of managing work.
I also find it very useful because it supports growth in how people manage, not just what they manage. The logic behind the platform helps teams reason better about responsibilities, visibility, and decisions. On a personal level, it has genuinely helped me become more aware in the way I manage projects and teams.
Another strong point is permissions. Different organizations can choose different levels of openness depending on their culture and maturity. That flexibility matters, because transparency and shared responsibility are valuable, but they also require the right organizational readiness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not have major complaints, but there are a few things that could be clearer (such as differentiating CRM from project pipeline). A few alerts could also be more immediate to understand. In some cases, when you are dealing with more specific situations, the documentation does not fully help, and some platform logic is not always visible right away.
