I am frustrated with WebJaguar because orders are never updated. When I look at my side of the screen, I see zeros and have to go into my website to see what a customer is doing. Additionally, there are times when a customer submits an order to WebJaguar, but it doesn't transfer over to NetSuite, requiring me to do it manually. This issue used to occur 100% of the time, then reduced to 10%, but now happens occasionally, causing me to miss orders.
