It allows me to gain insights into customer behaviors and interactions in real-time, which can be beneficial for understanding customer needs and improving service. This feature facilitates a level of immediacy in interactions with customers who are actively engaging with the website, providing a window into customer presence and activity. **What do you dislike about WebJaguar?** I am frustrated with WebJaguar because orders are never updated. When I look at my side of the screen, I see zeros and have to go into my website to see what a customer is doing. Additionally, there are times when a customer submits an order to WebJaguar, but it doesn't transfer over to NetSuite, requiring me to do it manually. This issue used to occur 100% of the time, then reduced to 10%, but now happens occasionally, causing me to miss orders. Moreover, the initial setup of WebJaguar was not easy, contributing to a bad experience overall. **What problems is WebJaguar solving and how is that benefiting you?** n/a ### 2. The product managgemnt area allows you to put information like, SKU , descriptiom, loyalty points assigned to each product, images. and so on. To save time we have import and export product database option, to add imformation to multiple products at the same time In feilds area you can chose which inforamtion will be displayed to your customer, its an important aspect as you'd want the layout to be relevant to the customer Providing customer support in covered in Customer management area, where you can carry out a variety of fucntions, like carrying orders on behalf of your customer, sending emails to your customers, and adding a task for a customer and so on. **What do you dislike about WebJaguar?** It sometimes could over charge your system. This is why I have started to use it predominantly over competing brands.
