&lt;p&gt;On the broader-platform-vs-specialized-tool question: the punch list isn&#39;t really a separate phase, it&#39;s the last mile of information the project already holds. Locations, drawings, trade contacts, responsibility splits, all of that exists in whatever system ran the job. A standalone closeout tool means re-entering all of it at the exact moment the team is most tired and least careful. That&#39;s why the broader platforms keep winning this use case despite being overkill on features: continuity beats specialization at closeout. The punch list should live wherever your drawings and subs already live, even if a dedicated tool does the list itself slightly better.&lt;/p&gt;
