1. The course level mapping feature does not capture all elements, so I constantly have to manually adjust the mappings. It only supports a single mapping logic, either OR or AND, but not a combination of both. This limitation is problematic for our environment, where course names tend to be more complex.

This is the only system that lets our profs choose the exact dates and times that they would like the CES for their courses. Also the reporting is in their hands. I love that you can easily access raw data to make your own analysis in addition to downloading pre provided summaries with charts and aggregations that are great to directly deliver to leadership or other stakeholders.
