The support team is not always responsive for those who work in different time zones from what I assume is their head office. There are quite a few quirks and things you have to get used to. I got to know about how best to interpret the bar chart when I attended and spoke with a watermark agent at the Watermark Conference in Minneapolis but I think the footnote would be beneficial to all users.
