I find it user friendly and can run multiple surveys at once with the capability of seeing participation rates at any time. The LMS integration has encouraged a higher response rate and is mobile friendly. Their customer support is amazing. We are able to use the survey tool on the fly and can use QR codes or provide emails. The implementation process was very easy and effective. We utilize the survey tool for all our survey needs. The integration with Canvas also initially increased our response rates due to the pop-up notifications that prompt students to complete their surveys, although I think the novelty of that has worn off and our response rates have decreased again.
