## About WalkMe
WalkMe, an SAP company, is the critical layer that makes enterprise AI work. Copilots and AI agents are powerful, but incomplete. They can't see what's on an employee's screen, move across applications, or act where work actually happens. WalkMe can. Built on over a decade of experience in enterprise deployments, WalkMe gives AI the real-time context, cross-application reach, and workflow execution it needs to deliver results. WalkMe helps organizations adapt faster, make better decisions, and build a workforce that learns continuously. Trusted by global leaders including IBM, Nestlé, ThermoFisher Scientific, and the U.S. federal government, WalkMe turns AI investments into business outcomes. Visit www.walkme.com.

## WalkMe Reviews
 ### 1. WalkMe is a great solution for our organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anne A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

It's great to bridge the knowledge/traning gap for our team members

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Could use some more pre-packaged solutions

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walk-thrus provide step by step instructions for team members for processes they don't use all the time, and may not remember how to successfully complete.
Shoutouts provide reminders to team members for actions they need to take
Links provide team members a quick way to access important programs and support areas

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Hi Anne - firstly, thank you for sharing your experiences! We love to hear that WalkMe is a great solution for your organization, making workflows smoother and more intuitive for everyone and reminding team members to complete necessary actions 🙏

Totally hear your feedback about more pre-built solutions – we recently released several Workflow Accelerators for various systems and are always looking to expand to include new solutions for common workflows 🙌 Thank you again; we look forward to continuing to partner with you as deliver impactful solutions for your team members!

 ### 2. WalkMe support has been very helpful and eager to assist

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dena R. | Learning Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The support team. Thye were very responsive and helpful. They went out of there way to go above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

It can be very glitchy. I sometimes have to go back and select elements mutliple times. The solutions dont always work right away and I spent time trying to figure out why.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help with error rate, speed, clarity.

 ### 3. Guidance, automation and data all-in-one

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dom H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2023

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Display any information, anywhere, on any website. Click on any element and take input from a user or the page to use it in fields or logical conditions.
Almost everything can be done with no technical knowledge, get your IT department to roll out a browser extension or add a line to their code and you're off. The built in element selector makes every step a simple click, then its drag and drop for the rest.
Also want to mention the support staff who are amazing, some of who are based in Israel and still solving our stupid problems, absolute heroes.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

With any app that sits on a website, performance is influenced by the underlying system which for us is quites slow. It loads after the page it sits on so if the page gives you quick visuals but doesn't finish loading for a few seconds, your content will look like its arriving late.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guidance
We have a chatbot on our hr application with guidance for everything you could imagine, if users cant find something they can use the chatbot and we've got keywords set up to find what they're looking for.

Automation
We have another chatbot showing only for our support staff that lets them input the details the process needs and then its almost fully automated, just stopping for human checks in key areas.

Data
As well as seeing exactly what has been interacted with (content and page elements) we can run reports for chatbot searches that found no results to discover what needs to be built.

 ### 4. Workstation is a great onboarding tool.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Helen F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2023

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

It's been a quick learnig curve to learn how to start using and building content for Workstation. We have enjoyed piloting with our user groups and are excited to launch officially very soon. The functionality supports our new employee onboarding journey and the integrations are a powerful feature in the Enterprise Search.
I like how the different types of content are availble within Workstation as well as the compatibilty with traditional WalkMe content such as SmartWalkthroughs.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Workstation has limited customizable features which doesn't allow for a lot of branding. It is also a little limited with how content can be organized.
WalkMe content build has been a little slow for us as there are lot of things that can stop walkthroughs from working correctly.
Overall though I'm happy with the way our WalkMe project has been progressing.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workstation: Creating a single source of truth for our onboarding journey for new employees coming into the organization. We putting everything a new employee should need in their first few days/weeks into one tool.
WalkMe: Ramping up new employees in new processes for our Operations teams.

 ### 5. Great Product

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Crystal N. | Product Engagement Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe is very versatile in what it offers. You can easily set up your users for success by having tips, walkthroughs, videos, articles, etc.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The product is geared and marketed towards companies for internal onboarding. They offer a lot of integrations for third-party applications, but those with a custom app and a single-page app geared to external users can support, but there are limitations. Educational content is limited and geared towards internal onboarding using third-party apps. So I will say I do feel disappointed with the limited content for our customer type.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick learning tips and tricks. User-end communication. Digital Adoption.

 ### 6. Amazing Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe has given us the ability to provide training at the point of need. Previously, new employees learned to use our software by using on-demand training guides and videos. While it worked, we knew that this type of training wouldn't be as effective as real-time, hands-on training.

With WalkMe, we were able to give them that style of training. Users can call up guides when/if they need them and get the training directly within the software they were using, without having to reference material in a different location. Feedback from this type of training has been overwhelmingly positive.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

If you are the one building WalkMe, the learning curve is steep. However, they do have a fantastic implementation crew and training material that will help you get everything set up and running.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe is training employees at the point of need and in real time. It's also reducing the number of user errors in the software.

 ### 7. Great support for a comprehensive product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I like the customization options available in WalkMe. The support from Ben and Kris has been appreciated and allowed me to use the tools more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

WalkMe has a pretty steep learning curve. When an interaction doesn't work the way you planned, troubleshoooting can be tricky.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe provides in-app support for employees using Guidewire Policy Center and Billing Center. Using smart tips, smart walk-throughs, and shout-outs, agents are able to get information immediately to help them do their jobs without having to track down someone to answer questions.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback! We always love to hear how customers are using WalkMe to build impactful solutions for their users – and it sounds like you're *definitely* improving workflows for your agents (I'll be sure to pass the kudos along to Ben & Kris specifically 🙏 )

We understand that WalkMe has a learning curve and that troubleshooting can be nuanced. To help with this, we have capabilities like the Builder Assistant, which allows you to get expert help directly within the product and proactive recommendations to perfect your content – but we're always looking to improve and make the setup and issue resolution process faster, and your feedback helps us do just that :).

 ### 8. Effective and Robust User Friendly Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Everyone I have interacted with at WalkMe as been incredibly helpful, kind, and over and above offering to help ensure we resolve issues. This is incredibly important not only with our first experience using WalkMe, setting a positive tone, but moving forward building trust and reassurance.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

There were some initial calibration/latency issues, however, the entire team was very responsive in working to resolve.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the problem with user adoption in learning and development training, resources, functionality. WalkMe does a nice job of guiding the user through segmented steps to complete a process or task.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you so much for your kind words about our team at WalkMe! We're thrilled to hear that you've had such a positive experience as you get up and running – and can't wait for our partnership to continue to develop 🙌

We appreciate your patience with the initial calibration issues and are glad our team could resolve them quickly. It's *also* great to know that WalkMe is effectively supporting your learning and development user adoption needs and helping your users navigate processes!

 ### 9. One of the top DAP tools with great support; spot-on and quick reply to help you

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

1) The features such as shoutouts, smart tips (tool tips), surveys, smart walk-throughs to guide users (or even do things for users with auto-step) , ActionBot (so that you can put in some logics and messages to interact with users who would like to chat and be guided through the set of questions or solutions available.

2) It is pretty easy to build and connect or replicate solutions/steps to another build, when required

3) Integration was pretty straight forward - provide the information that you need to the WalkMe team and it will be done for you, including the look-and-feel to customise according to what you want.

4) WalkMe is always looking into how they can improve the tool (latest one is AI related!)
The product team is approachable and happy to be challenged with new features if you are able to describe it so that they can look into making that possible!

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

For Ariba, it is not very stable at times as the solution may stop working or slow down due to performance issues for Ariba

with Deep UI launched recently, I've updated jQueries and reselect on-screen elements a few times. The performance seems to have improved. Time will tell :)

ActionBot has a limited capability (e.g. it can't pass WalkMe Data from one conversation to another). Otherwise, we are using it to resolve a big pain point in the company and it works great.

Every tool has their limitations.
CSS is what I dislike the most to work on. However, the support team is always there to help if you need some CSS code for your solution.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing the time required to raise a ticket and get someone on the call to guide users on the "how-to" steps on top of the challenge or telling users where to click; Enhance user experience while introducing how work can be done efficiently without waiting for someone else
Enhance control and compliance
Increase employee efficiency, accuracy (less manual which may prone to human errors)

 ### 10. WalkMe Setup in Production Environment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim R. | Sr. Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Easy to use and to apply changes as needed

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

So far with my limited experience, I'm not liking how the WalkMe Smartips may move around screens depending on the resolution.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Haveing had too many issues at this point. Some unexpected results have occured that I can fix on my own. But some needed a WalkMe rep.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Hi Jim, firstly, thank you for sharing your feedback – I'm glad to hear that you're finding WalkMe easily to use and that you're shipping quick solutions to your users 🙌 . Speaking on connecting with a WalkMe team member, I'm going to have someone reach out to you about your SmartTip experiences; there's a way to simplify this and they'll happily walk you through it in real-time :)

Thank you again for sharing and for being a customer - we appreciate you! - Lacey Butler, Customer Advocacy @ WalkMe

 ### 11. Very useful and resourceful digital tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denise L. | Agile Delivery Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Walkme can help us add last minutes messages or add useful tooltips in our systems, as well as it helps us with some automations and insights! The support team is also great!

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Sometimes you might need some CSS expertise but the support team can help with this.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helping our users with online training, to find resources and with even a bot.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you for sharing your experiences, Denise! It sounds like you're making great use of WalkMe's capabilities, from quickly creating content and adding tooltips to tapping to automation, bots, and analytics 🙌

I'll pass along kudos to our support team too (I'm biased, but I think they're pretty great too!)

We appreciate your partnership and look forward to seeing what you create next :)

 ### 12. Very useful and easy to configure tool. Helps a lot to onboard the users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikola P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2023

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The best part for me is the flexibility. You can copy previous guides, you ca apply it on many platforms and applications. Its easy to use and easy to integrate. Option to create tutorials and guidelines are great, you can combine them to get an infinitive number of options for yourself.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

I don't have anything to add as a dislike.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe helps me to onboard new users of application. Also, it allows me to easely notify users about new features or any kind of updates and changes on the application

**Official Response from Paul Senatori:**

> Hello Nikola,

 ### 13. Building is a breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ron G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2023

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

There have been many improvements to WalkMe over the past year, but I would have to say the ease of build is best! Documenting takes longer than the actual build itself. You can learn the basics very quickly and start building right away. If you get stuck, there are tips on most items to help you out, giving you the information you need to get unstuck quickly.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Even with improvements, I find WalkMe Insights to be tricky. Insights is a potent tool, but sometimes, getting it to do what you need and get your desired answers can take some time. A less restrictive custom report tool with end-user terminology could help to make it easier.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New Feature awareness, optimize end-user time to complete transactions and provide the Sales reps with the information they need when they need it.

**Official Response from Paul Senatori:**

> Hey Ron,

First off, thanks a ton for your feedback on WalkMe. I (Paul Senatori) know a number of WalkMe staffers you've been working with. Of course the immediate review team here is thrilled to hear that you find the building aspect a breeze and it's great to know the quick learning curve and those on-the-go tips have been of value to you and your team.

We appreciate your input regarding WalkMe Insights. We want it to be as user-friendly as the overall WalkMe platform, and your feedback about a more intuitive custom reporting capabilities is duly noted, and on its way to product management who will certainly look into this. We truly value suggestions that help us improve.

Remember, our team at reviews@walkme.com is always here to assist you with any queries or concerns.

Thank you again, and here’s to making the most of WalkMe!

Best wishes,

 ### 14. WalkME Wonderful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonya J. | Se Learning Experience Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

In the L&D world, speed and content accuracy are at the forefront of this everchanging world we live in, and WalkMe gives us the capability to keep up.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Some of the capabilities we need are slow to come to fruition, but we are heard and know prioritization exists in all agile environments.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is reducing the number of tickets our customers submit and for the associates that are contacted about troubleshooting. It is allowing us to reduce development time as LxDs. And it allows us to be quicker in marketing with the tools and updates needed as a Fintech.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you for sharing your experiences and for you positive feedback, Sonya! We think you're pretty wonderful too :). The best part of our day is hearing - and learning - about how our customers are driving business value with their WalkMe solutions, and it sounds like you've got a hat trick going with yours: fewer support tickets and better experience for customers and employees, faster development time, *and* an ability to quickly communicate and educate users about new tools and industry updates.

We're also glad to hear that you feel heard and understand our prioritization model with regard to new capabilities and enhancements, and we hope you continue to share new ideas with us directly and via the WalkMe World community 🙏

See you in the forums soon! Lacey Butler, Customer Advocacy & Storytelling @ WalkMe

 ### 15. Essential digital adoption tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Wide variety of features to create contents, easy to use, immediate impact on the products without depending on develeopment effort, efficient tool for data analytics, and great customer support.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

It's unreliable sometimes as things don't function as expected, and I wish it's easier to find help docs directly related with issues.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With WM Editor, I use the tool to create contents to guide customers with new feature release, how-to-guide, help menu and multi-purpose banner.
With WM Insight, I use the tool to set up analytics to track and measure product performance.

 ### 16. Using WalkMe for Travel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

There are many functions that can be used to point out different things or walk thru the workflow.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Some of the smart tip features do not interact well with the UI all of the time.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Newer travel agents can be guided by WalkMe instead of having to look in various resources.

 ### 17. WalkMe Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2023

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Easy to use. Most of the features are intuitive. Low/No code involved for many of the solutions.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Need better searching capabilities and labeling/tagging features.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"In the moment" immediate guidance for users. Also helps with low/no code solutions to save time for application developers.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you for your review! We're thrilled to hear that you find WalkMe easy and intuitive to use – and that you're freeing up time for your development team *and* delivering real-time guidance to your users (wins all around) :)

With regard to labeling and tagging capabilities, we've recently released a content tagging capability that lets you tag content with specific workflows / processes, report specifically on that content, and more easily understand how your WalkMe content impacted the process. But, we're always keen to improve, so we welcome any and all feedback – and if you have additional ideas for how we can improve search and/or tagging to make your experience even better, you can always post a new Product Idea in the WalkMe Community!

Thanks you again for sharing your experience!

 ### 18. Walkme best user guide for new joineee

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lachhekumar N. | Technical Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Walkthrough, auto click, smart tips and easy to use editor. Startup menu and shoutout popup to guid user.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

we can use custom jquery content, the selector is not much useful sometime. Looping of element is not possible in walkme.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walkme helped support executive to understand the process and flow of application. Walkthrough autoclick imporived performance of the executive. The form validation feature reduced human error by around 50%

Help call reduction by 60%
Training hour reduced by 70%
User performance incrased by 35%

 ### 19. Reduce adoption time as new users are onboarded to a new or existing application.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2023

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

We have been utilizing WalkMe to support our Guidewire and Salesforce applications for several years. We have seen great benefits with the Smart WalkThru functionality. Not only for initial onboarding, but as we continue to add new content for functionality that is urtilized on a less frequent basis. Users can access the Smart WalkThru builds from the WalkMe Menu launcher as needed. The WalkMe menu also provide links to support documentation, our support log, and training videos.

The support team values the Insights generated by WalkMe. We monitor the number of Smart WalkThru interactions monthly. Over the last 6 months there were approximately 2800 interactions utilizing 137 different Smart WalkThrus on one application. This accounts for approximately 467 hours of time saved by our users (based on 10 minutes of savings per interaction).

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

It takes time to become a proficient WalkMe builder. JQuery code can be cumbersome.

We had some difficulty for a period of time having a consistent Customer Success partner assigned to our account. Once Andrew Donges was designated as of June of 2023 the customer support and partnership improved significantly.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been primarily utilized to reduce the adoption time as new users are onboarded to the Guidewire platform. It has helped with onboarding and training users. Smart WalkThrus, and SmartTips provide self help to our users reducing support time needed. ShoutOuts are utilized monthly to communicate release items and other important announcements.

 ### 20. Excellent product and team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

It's well-received by users and offers a lot of solutions for our complex software, complete with useful analytics. The team at WalkMe is A+ across the board. Responsive, engaged, and doing everything they can to facilitate a partnership and set us up for success.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Becoming a builder is not as easy as it seems if you have a complicated site with extensive audience segmentation and in which element selection is not so straightforward. I'm far more dependent on the solutions engineer than I expected to me at this time.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding to new features and processes by way of self-service help rather than calling client support. We are documentation-heavy and plan to replace that with interactive experiences instead.

**Official Response from Ofir Bloch:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your experience and the kind words about our team and product. It's fantastic to hear that WalkMe is helping streamline your processes and enhance user onboarding.

We understand that every implementation journey is unique and appreciate your insights into navigating WalkMe's capabilities. It's great to hear that you're finding value in the solutions and support our team provides.

We'd love to invite you to further engage with our community. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The speed, flexibility and effectiveness of WalkMe is truly impressive. It gives us the ability to quickly deploy a solution to our platform, that would normally take cycles of time on a product roadmap. My favorite part about WalkMe is surprising our business partners with the solutions we create.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

At times it can be difficult to build in some areas of our platform. These challenges require more time to investigate but can usually be resolved.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe has helped us solve a wide variety of problems. WalkMe is being used to provide on screen guidance, prompts and launchers to help learners navigate and learn our platform. We have been able to use WalkMe to help users be more compliant with standardized processes. Through the use of WalkMe's Shoutouts we have been able to clearly communicate and remind agents of important updates. It has allowed us to reduce email and provide agents with just information in an effective manner. WalkMe has also given us the abilty to do A/B testing and track user data.

The most helpful feature of WalkMe is it provides a Smart Walk thrus that we can create for specific processes and user can get a step by step guide to complete the process.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

 ### 33. Manager, HR Transformation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2023

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe is easy to build & test. Content is fully customizable to meet customer needs, including the "look and feel" of the tool. WM Insights is an extremely powerful and valuable component of the tool as it allows for visibility into not only ROI of solutions built but also insight into the requests users are searching to help builders meet end users where they need the help most.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

At times the tool can be a little glitchy and require more technical intervention than pitched. While identifying elements via "point and click" is sufficient a majority of the time, there is a need for builders to be somewhat tech-savvy to be able to troubleshoot without the assistance of WM.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe is helping to promote new system functionality and help end users learn about the tool. We are also utilizing Smart Tips & Validation to help fill gaps in SuccessFactors system functionality to address data quality issues faced previously.

**Official Response from Paul Senatori:**

> I want to express my sincere gratitude for taking the time to share your valuable feedback on WalkMe. Your insights are incredibly helpful in our mission to continually improve our product and better serve our users.

It's fantastic to hear that you appreciate WalkMe's ease of use when it comes to building and testing content. Customizability is at the heart of our platform, and we're pleased to know that you find it adaptable to meet your specific needs, including the "look and feel" of the tool. Your mention of WM Insights is particularly encouraging, as it highlights the power and value it brings to our users in terms of ROI and user insights.

We also understand that, at times, you've experienced some technical challenges with the tool. Your feedback regarding the need for builders to have a certain level of technical knowledge is duly noted. WalkMe is designed to empower organizations like yours, and we're delighted to hear that it's been instrumental in promoting new system functionality and aiding end-users in learning about the tool. ### 34. Possibilities are infinite

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Overall the way the product is set up to overlay over systems is great for more niche systems to still be able to provide automation and training benefits. It seems that possibilities on where you can take it are endless. Also impressed with the ability of novice staff to learn to build on Walkme

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

We are still adapting to making this relevant for more experienced users

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complex processes and providing learning the in workflow

 ### 35. A game-changer for our business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

My organization has had WalkMe for under a year, and multiple teams have already seen hundreds of thousands of dollars of ROI from their WalkMe implementations. It's been a great way to provide user guidance, improve usability of our existing software, and bring together a lot of resources that were previously scattered across multiple platforms and locations. We are moving towards a world where many of our employees are going to interact with WalkMe daily, and I'm excited for how much more we'll be able to get from our software when that happens. Customer support is also excellent, with a dedicated customer success manager (we love her!) , builder resources, and product help as we need it.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Even though WalkMe is marketed as a low-code/ no-code solution, your builders will need to learn about HTML and CSS to really fully harness the tool on certain platforms. The editor also requires training to fully understand and use -- it's not immediately intuitive. If you purchase WalkMe, make sure you have one person (or several people!) who can devote a majority of their time to learning and building content.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data accuracy - Some processes in org are error-prone, and WalkMe is helping us validate that users are completing the processes correctly.
Resource centralization - We use WalkMe Resources to link out to important reference docs from the menu.
Automation of manual processes - We use WalkMe to remove repetitive clicks, which saves time and is popular with users.
Transition onto new platforms - We're implementng a new Salesforce platform, and WalkMe is being used for training and onboarding users.

 ### 36. An excellent tool with a bit of a learning curve.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe can do amazing things to help my users know what has changed or where to go to complete various processes in Salesforce or Envestnet! I am still learning things about what WM can do more than two years into being my company's primary WM builder.

It is fully customizable in so many ways. In particular, the ability to create custom triggers has made building so much easier for the complex processes my company tends to use. There's a learning curve on the rules engine, but once the lightbulb goes off, it is so much easier.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

There is a steeper learning curve than we understood when we first rolled out WM. It took about six months of full-time building before I really knew what I was doing, mainly because each type of content (Smart Walk-Thru, SmartTip, ShoutOut, Launcher, etc.) has different pieces that you need to learn to watch out for so it will work properly for users.

Now that I've got all of the little tricks in my head, I can usually build WM content quickly and easily. I just wish I had had different expectations for how long it was going to take me to be a fully proficient builder.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe takes my users through various onboarding processes, makes sure my users know what has changed in our software, alerts them to information they need to know, and generally serves as a one-stop shop that has reduced our training needs companywide.

WalkMe helps us prevent user errors, lets us redirect users to the correct process, etc.

 ### 37. WalkMe Enablement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The ability to guide through complicated processes.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Can be a bit clunky in places and hard to use.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe is guiding users through software and correcting the amount of errors created.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you for sharing your experiences! It's great to hear that you're using WalkMe to guide your users through complex workflows *and* mitigating errors (wins all 'round 🎊 )

We appreciate your feedback about the UI/UX, and we're always striving to improve and make it even easier to build impactful solutions. If you have a specific suggestion or area that's top of mind for you, you can always submit your suggestions via the Ideas section of the Community, which our Product Team actively reviews :).

 ### 38. WalkMe - a perfect guidance that is closer than you think.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paweł Z. | Feature Owner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

From end-user perspective, WalkMe blends so well into the desired webpage, it's hard to distinguish. By doing so, the user doesn't have the feeling of interacting with 'yet another pop up window', with an incline to close it off as soon as it's pop up. It provides a clear guidance at the moment of need, so whether you're an experience user that just forgot how to do one things or a total newbie, it will provide a tailored solution to guide you to the end goal.
From WalkMe builder perspective, it's simple to create a content and maintain it. Then you can analyse how it is performing, draw conclusions & improve the guidance. By doing so, you're always on top of what users expect to see.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Depending on how complex is the website on which you're deploying WalkMe, it might require a few tweaks to ensure that content behaves as intended. It's more of the middle-ground problem that has to be fixed between WalkMe & website owner, yet WalkMe Support was very active in resolving these & ensuring business continuity.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking at ways to improve the digital uptake of our website & increase the self-service amongst end-users. WalkMe was implemented as a part of Onboarding Journey, aiming at providing step-by-step 'how-tos'. This in turn helped us to lower the workload of Customer Operations team.

**Official Response from Paul Senatori:**

> Hi Paweł,

First, my apologies for not responding earlier. I try to catch reviews within the same day and respond/route them to the right staff. Believe it or not, I was actually in Disneyland the week of your review (OMG, if you like anything Star Wars, you've got to visit the new SW attraction - amazing). But, thank you sincerely for taking the time to share your detailed experience with WalkMe. It’s fantastic to hear that our platform has integrated seamlessly into your webpages, providing just-in-time guidance for both seasoned users and newcomers alike.

We pride ourselves on the intuitiveness of the WalkMe builder and are thrilled to know it has made content creation and maintenance straightforward for you. I count myself an editor/author, so I share your love for the WalkMe builder experience. Your insight into the analytics and improvement cycle is invaluable, as it encapsulates our goal of delivering continuous enhancement to user experience, and data is a big part of that.

Your feedback regarding the complexities of website integration is well-noted. Rest assured, we are consistently working to simplify this process and appreciate your acknowledgment of our Support team’s efforts to resolve such issues promptly.

The impact of WalkMe on your digital adoption and the reduction of workload on your Customer Operations team is precisely the outcome we strive for. We are committed to your continued success and are routing your insights about deployment to our product management team, with a cc to our CSM organization head, to further refine our service.

Should you need any more assistance or wish to share additional feedback, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at reviews@walkme.com.

Warm regards,

 ### 42. WalkMe user for multiple applications.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I like how adaptable it is. There is always a solution to any problem so matter the issue.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

I think the a downside is that you can track insights by groups of people. Meaning that when a task is done by one user, another user at the same company or department can't see that it was completed and has to do it again.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use WalkMe to help customer adaption to new applications and functionalities using training resource and other tools.

 ### 43. Has changed how we do things in retail.

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe has many different use cases. Its not just guidance, it can be used to automation, smart tips and implementing features on the website.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

That you can't link content to only 1 page. If someone opens up another tab of the same website during a smart walkthrough it duplicates to that other tab

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with our compliance and process scores. Each differen't stat in Australia has differen't regulations and our contact center staff have to give the correct informations to customer. WalkMe allows us to display the correct scripting and process in the CRM.

Automation is helping our staff focus more on customers as walkme can automate task.

Currently we are in stablisation as we have a new CRM, WalkMe allows us to implemenent features that the devs for the CRM don't want to priortise.

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

It assists our Sales Teams in inputting data in Salesforce. It's easy to use, almost invisible, and it can be customized for your business!

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Getting our IT department aligned to launch on users' computers globally. Not really WalkMe's fault, but it's what I dislike about the process.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently implemented Salesforce for our Sales teams. WalkMe has helped resolve issues around processes putting information into Salesforce, giving guidance through smart walk-throughs, tips, and survey input. We also had workstation installed to create a concierge service, if you will, for users, to work more efficiently through their day-to-day activities.

**Official Response from Paul Senatori:**

>
Hi Kristi,

Thank you sincerely for your thoughtful review. It’s wonderful to hear how WalkMe is seamlessly integrating into your Sales Team's workflow and making the Salesforce data input process more intuitive and efficient. The customization aspect you highlighted is indeed a pillar we stand on, aiming to offer solutions that are tailor-made for every business’s unique needs.

I understand that the global launch through your IT department presented some hurdles. While we are here to facilitate the process as smoothly as possible, we acknowledge that there can be external factors that affect the rollout. Your feedback is important, and I assure you that we continually work towards streamlining our implementation processes to offer even smoother transitions in different IT environments.

It's heartening to know that WalkMe is effectively addressing common questions and providing valuable tips to your team, not to mention the essential insights offered through adoption reports for your leadership. We are here to keep empowering your teams with the right guidance and support.

Thank you once again for sharing your experience. Should any questions or needs arise, feel free to reach out to me at paul.senatori@walkme.com.

Best regards,
Paul Senatori, WalkMe Marketing

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Walkme analytics and the ease of use in building use cases with excellent support from Walkme. I appreciate all the features and options in building.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

I love the option to open a URL. Can you add the feature to allow a user to open an application?

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding new hired employees and it will create efficiency in our onboarding processes. Teaching new users how to use the application to perform their role effectively.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback and experiences – and we're thrilled to hear that you've had *excellent* experiences with our support team!

Regarding your question: you should be able to accomplish this with WalkMe Shuttles 🙌 If you have any questions or would like more guidance, you can always reach out to your account team, support, or me directly and I'll help you get the info you need.

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I like that it's a good tool to use instead of PowerPoints or documents, having the on screen walkthrough is better for learning.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Sometimes depending on the websites and cookies, walkme's might not show up due to those

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better training modules
Better turnaround time down the road
Catches user error at the start rather than having the using send a fault order
Easy to manage and maneuver

 ### 49. We love WalkMe.

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe helps us create solutions to our common problems. The Community is the best part about WalkMe. Anytime we don't know the answer, or are looking for out of the box solutions, The Community is always there to brainstorm those ideas.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

There is a huge learning curve to utilizing the system effectively. It's just the nature of the system, since there are so many different ways to create content within the system. Learning which tool to use and when is the biggest key to success.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe allows us to house all our onboarding content for welcoming a new user into our application. We no longer have to give in person or zoom trainings to end users. We give them a list of material to cover and run the goals reports to see that they have done so.

**Official Response from Paul Senatori:**

> We're absolutely thrilled to hear that you're loving WalkMe and finding our Community to be such a valuable resource! It's great to know that the support and collaborative problem-solving provided there is making a difference for you and your team.

Acknowledging the learning curve, we understand that our system's versatility comes with challenges. We're continually striving to simplify our user experience while maintaining the powerful capabilities that allow for such a rich creation process. Your feedback is crucial and has been forwarded to our product management team, with a copy to our CSM organization head, to help us improve in this area.

It's fantastic that WalkMe has streamlined your onboarding process, making it more efficient and measurable with our goals reports. We're proud to support the transition away from in-person training, saving you time and resources.

Should you need more detailed guidance or want to share additional feedback, we're just an email away at reviews@walkme.com. Thank you for choosing WalkMe, and here's to more success together!

Best,
Paul S.
