What do you like best about Waakif?

We used for billing and loyalty program mainly but WhatsApp marketing came very handy, the big plus is AI data insights which was very useful indeed. We really like the ease of billing and online store. Best product, we migrated from petpooja to waakif. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waakif?

What do you like best about Waakif?

Used Waakif for our cafe, It's simple and amazing. Easy to use and greater customer support.

A most amazing feature is AI Insights which really helped us understand our daily customer sales and we retained customers almost 90% What I really like is they hear if you as for a feature, they are spot on and the price is really worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waakif?

What do you like best about Waakif?

Waakif helped for customer retention we achieved 80% customer retention after using waakif loyalty program.

And it is super easy to manage orders and see analytics.
