it makes my emails and event marketing feel pretty organized, especially when you’re dealing with a lot of contacts and different client groups.

Instead of just blasting the same email to everyone, you can segment people properly, send more relevant stuff, and keep campaigns tied back to the CRM.

**What do you dislike about Vuture?**

I feel like templates and triggers could be more flexible/easier to manage. Once you’re used to it, it’s fine, but at first it’s not the most effortless tool.

**What problems is Vuture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is that it makes client communication feel more organized. I can segment contacts better, send more relevant emails, manage event communication more smoothly, and keep things connected back to the CRM. It saves time and makes the marketing process feel less scattered.

**What do you like best about Vuture?**

What I like most about Vuture is how intuitive and easy it feels to use compared to other email marketing platforms. I appreciate that I can create professional-looking campaigns without spending hours trying to figure everything out, and the automation features make managing communications much easier. The platform also feels very organized, which helps a lot when I’m handling multiple campaigns or different audiences at the same time.

One thing I dislike is that some features can feel a little overwhelming at first, especially if you’re new to email marketing platforms. There’s definitely a learning curve with the more advanced tools, and sometimes it takes a bit of time to figure out where everything is.

**What do you like best about Vuture?**

What I like best about Vuture is how well it supports highly targeted B2B engagement workflows without making campaign management feel overly rigid or disconnected from real customer journeys.

In our case, we used it primarily for managing communication workflows around fintech partnership outreach, customer engagement campaigns, webinar funnels, and lifecycle-based nurturing. One thing that stood out immediately was the balance between automation flexibility and usability. The UI/UX was structured in a way that marketing, operations, and business teams could collaborate without needing constant technical intervention for every campaign adjustment.

The segmentation and personalization capabilities were especially useful. Instead of sending broad campaigns, we could build highly contextual engagement flows based on customer behavior, interaction history, content engagement, and funnel stage. For example, prospects interacting with compliance-focused fintech content could automatically move into more specialized communication journeys tied to onboarding or product education.

**What do you dislike about Vuture?**

One thing I disliked about Vuture is that while the platform is strong for enterprise B2B engagement workflows, some parts of the overall experience can feel operationally heavy when managing highly complex campaigns at scale.

In our case, as fintech marketing and partnership workflows became more sophisticated, maintaining large automation journeys, segmentation rules, and campaign dependencies required careful ongoing management. The platform is powerful, but there were situations where building and modifying advanced workflows felt less intuitive than expected, especially for teams without dedicated marketing operations specialists.

From a UI/UX perspective, the platform works well once teams are familiar with it, but new users initially faced a noticeable learning curve around campaign orchestration, segmentation logic, and automation setup. Compared to some newer marketing automation platforms, certain workflow-building experiences still felt more enterprise-heavy than modern and streamlined.

Another challenge involved reporting flexibility and analytics depth. Core engagement reporting was solid, but when we needed highly customized attribution analysis or deeper operational insights tied to cross-platform customer journeys, additional manual reporting and external analytics workflows were sometimes necessary.

**What problems is Vuture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vuture solved a major problem for us around managing fragmented B2B engagement workflows and scaling personalized communication without creating excessive manual operational overhead.

Before using the platform, our fintech-related outreach campaigns, webinar follow-ups, partnership nurturing, and customer engagement workflows were managed across disconnected email tools, spreadsheets, CRM updates, and manual follow-up processes. This made it difficult to maintain consistent communication journeys, track engagement accurately, or personalize outreach at scale.

One specific example was managing onboarding and engagement workflows for enterprise prospects interacting with different product and compliance-related content. Previously, marketing and business teams were manually segmenting contacts and coordinating follow-ups across multiple systems, which often created delays and inconsistent customer experiences. Vuture helped centralize those workflows into structured automation journeys tied to user behavior, engagement history, and funnel progression.

I like that Vuture actually solves a lot of problems for my company. We are able to track and manage our email campaigns effectively. The setup was very seamless, and I enjoy having it in our company because it gives us all the necessary analytics. Vuture also integrates well with Salesforce, which helps us keep everything in just one place. I would definitely recommend it as a go-to tool for getting the right analytics.

I think the interface sometimes can get a little bit tricky. Sometimes the UI needs an update or there are very fast updates that happen without prior training. So that's what I would probably improve.

I find Vuture to be a good way to increase SEO, which is super valuable for us because it helps us have a digital online presence. This is important for us as we do a lot of conference marketing and really need to make sure that when someone searches for us, they can actually see us. Vuture is helping us make our presence better and look a lot more legitimate, which is crucial for growing our business's online presence.

I think just making it a little bit easier to use right off the bat. Like, there's a little bit of a learning curve in getting everything set up. Just setting it up in the first place, it was a little challenging.

It is very customizable and easy to use. Also the analytics provided by the platform is very useful. Also really like the personalization feature offered.

The biggest opportunity is modernizing the UI and simplifying workflows. The platform can feel cluttered and overly complex at times, especially for new users. A more intuitive drag-and-drop workflow builder and cleaner navigation would make daily usage much smoother.

Reporting and analytics could also be more flexible. Custom dashboards, better attribution tracking, and more visual insights would add a lot of value for marketing teams trying to measure campaign impact.

I’d also love to see stronger AI capabilities integrated into the platform — things like AI-assisted campaign creation, smarter segmentation, subject line optimization, and predictive engagement scoring feel increasingly expected in modern marketing software.

Another area for improvement is onboarding and usability. The platform is powerful, but the learning curve can be steep. More guided setup flows, templates, and contextual help would help teams get value faster.

My favourite part is definitely the email marketing and the built-in automation, along with the webinars and the tools in the marketing section. It’s also great for its CRM features.

It was very difficult to pick up at first, and my teammates also struggled in the early days of using it. Some of the third-party integrations wouldn’t work, which was disappointing as well.

If i'm honest there are some alternatives particularly in the form of email marketing platforms that I prefer, however, I chose Vuture as it was designed specifically for my industry and that benefit outweighs the negative.

I like that Vuture is pretty straightforward. Once you have your templates laid out, it's pretty foolproof. And testing is easy.

I would love more robust analytics. They offer open rate, and some basic analytics but I'd love a dashboard with more robust features. Perhaps by company or sponsor name.

**What do you like best about Vuture?**

It integrated with the LexisNexis InterAction, which was one of the few tools to do so at the time.

**What do you dislike about Vuture?**

I did not find it easy to use compared to other ESPs.

Sending out emails with lists/segments tied to InterAction.

**What do you like best about Vuture?**

I really like this email software since I can work in an easy and professional way by developing emails with their predesigned templates to make the job simpler and I like the functionalities or rather the solutions that it gives so that the client can review them or work on them from sandbox and many other things it offers you. 

**What do you dislike about Vuture?**

I do not have to criticize this email platform, the only detail I have to say is that sometimes it has failures with the images that do not load completely, sometimes it also usually has failures with the hourly use of emails but they are basic things that can be corrected to improve. 

**Recommendations to others considering Vuture:**

I recommend this software for our experience in the company as it has brought us a labor benefit in our different organizational areas and in the online field.

It has solved several problems of communication with customers and has brought many benefits to the company in a professional way to develop the emails to be attended by customers and the organization.

**What do you like best about Vuture?**

Simplify and streamline mass shipments, it is a tool that has excellent customer service as well as its characteristics, when presenting technical details, they are quick to solve. The way to create emails through Vuture is extremely easy for any user to adapt quickly and comfortably with it.

**What do you dislike about Vuture?**

You could add more designs and reinforce template models, to obtain a greater variety of models and develop the most striking marketing material with that touch of originality that merits having marketing campaigns.

**Recommendations to others considering Vuture:**

It can be said that organizations are recommended to incorporate it into their activities because it contributes positively to their objectives, it is a tool that the marketing automation part will work so that there is a better flow of information between the seller and the client, allows you to easily make your emails and then be sent to your list of customers and thus get all the information about your campaigns and thus concentrate their efforts on creating high-level and truly productive relationships.

**What problems is Vuture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a marketing automation tool that we use in the organization, to bring all our customers relevant information about our products through email and in this way maintain essential and lasting relationships between vendors and customers. Vuture is the tool that has been helping us to elaborate our high quality and professional level emails to deliver to our clients a truly adequate and qualified material for our marketing campaigns.

**What do you like best about Vuture?**

I really like this platform, it is very easy to be able to create an email thanks to its templates and you can make a complete and high quality invitation with this software. You can also integrate it with other programs perfectly. I love your sandbox area as it allows new users to try the program without making many mistakes. What I like most is to be able to create and implement powerful marketing campaigns, which is very helpful for our events.

**What do you dislike about Vuture?**

I think that as a new software there are many features that are being adjusted and others that are not yet available to all users, such as, for example, I would like to be able to modify the templates a bit more, but it does not allow it.

**Recommendations to others considering Vuture:**

It is a highly recommended platform for marketing automation for professional services. Highly recommended for emails with templates and can be used by large companies with branches in different countries. Without a doubt, its price may seem high, but surely your investment is worth the results you will get with its implementation.

It is really a great tool, it allows us to simplify and improve our email marketing processes. It helps us to communicate with several audiences, in a more efficient and effective way. Vuture works well for us, we have been able to create personalized emails, as well as a list of these emails and it has been very easy to send and update all these lists.

**What do you like best about Vuture?**

It's effortless to create a high quality and comprehensive email/invitation with this program. Our advertising procedure has been taken by it and that I would even go as far as to state that creating marketing efforts is an enjoyable procedure. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Vuture?**

Vuture is an investment - not only does this cost a cent, but coaching time isn't a joke. The barrier to entry is significant, although we are reaping the advantages for sure.

**Recommendations to others considering Vuture:**

It's acceptable for mails that are templated and may be used along with a company in various nations. I enjoy the sandbox place, which learns at work and allows you. We've utilized Vuture. We use it. It's also worked to make emails and with HTML emails.

**What problems is Vuture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attributes of Vuture and client support are all incredible. My account supervisor does a fantastic job of partnering with us and is responsive. They're quick to repair and tutor us, although we have experienced a few glitches along the way. I am always enamored by vuture's features personally, and we have used all of them!

**What do you like best about Vuture?**

Vuture is a fantastic platform not only to create and implement high-powered marketing campaigns, but it's been a huge boon to our event program. We really like Vuture and as long as you're willing to invest the time to train, we highly recommend it. 

**What do you dislike about Vuture?**

The price point is high, no doubt. And as the platform grows and evolves, we have found a few technical glitches that do get in the way. But their customer service is solid and does their best to resolve things quickly and efficiently.

By simplifying and improving our email marketing program, Vuture has helped us communicate with various segments of audiences at scale, more efficiently, more effectively, which has resulted in driving more qualified leads into our funnel for various marketing efforts, which in turn has resulted in driving revenues across various initiatives for our company and our clients.

I like the sandbox area that allows new subscribers to try the program without making big mistakes or sending them to customers.

Another thing I like is how easy it is to design emails from a template.

I would like to have reminders of my activities but in general it is perfect.

I recommend them to all those people who are thinking of joining this application, it is good for emails with templates and can be used in a large company in different countries.

**What do you like best about Vuture?**

I like how easy it is to design emails from a set template or customize for special events.  I like the sandbox area which allows new employees to try out the program without making large errors or sending out to clients. 

**What do you dislike about Vuture?**

The image area is glitchy and does not always work well. We have issues with the time zones and this has created some problems for us, as we have offices in 30 countries.

**Recommendations to others considering Vuture:**

It is good for templated emails and can be used across a large company in different countries. I like the sandbox area which allows you to trial and error and learn on the job.  We have used Vulture in a large company that has offices in 30 countries. We use it across departments with multiple users.  It has worked well for us with HTML emails and to create branded emails. 

**What problems is Vuture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large company and need a product that allows us to brand our emails and maintain the look across the country, language, and department. IT works well for us and allows us to do all this, and allows the creative department to create custom emails. We have multiple email lists and it is easy for us to send and update these lists.

There are things that are great but also things that need a little bit of work. It is fairly easy to use for a new user.

**What do you dislike about Vuture?**

The reporting could be better.  Sending reminders could also be better and there are other software that is more advanced in this area.

This takes time away from the attorneys who would otherwise have to send invitations on their own.

Unlike a previous program I used Vuture was very streamline and made mass mailings simplified and quick.

You could not stray much from tempkates. You could alter everything but only to a point.

We could send 50,000 mailings in a handful of steps. Easy to track.
