**What do you like best about Voicify?**

Support and responsiveness of the team. The team delivers 110%, something that you will need to ensure your Stakeholders see the value in your Voice Apps. Additionally, the language support is great and it is all included in the license fee. You do not have to worry about deploying a new app and pay for it when you decide to scale to a different language.

**What do you dislike about Voicify?**

There is nothing that I would dislike here. We faced hurdles at times however, the Voicify team prioritised our concerns and addressed in a timely manner.

**Recommendations to others considering Voicify:**

It is a good product out of the box, for everything else, talk to the team and work out your priorities.

**What problems is Voicify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Voicify makes building immersive Voice Apps a breeze. We could build intuitive conversations that are complemented with Multimedia and are able to deploy the experience on several touchpoints with ease.

Voicify team members are terrific strategic partners when making a move into the space of voice-assisted devices, which Hamilton College did in May 2022.

**What do you dislike about Voicify?**

As the project lead, I had a great experience working with Voicify on developing voice apps for Hamilton College.

I strongly recommend Voicify, they are terrific strategic partners who also provide outstanding support.

Hamilton College wants to make it quick and easy for prospective students and their families to learn about us. Our voice apps help us grow our brand awareness and connect to our audiences.

**What do you like best about Voicify?**

The backend platform is very intuitive - it reminds me of a thoughtfully constructed CMS.  Once you have your voice strategy completed, you can easily make it come to life in the back end.

**What do you dislike about Voicify?**

They are constantly improving the platform so any dislike I have had has been addressed by their team.

**What problems is Voicify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are providing voice applications for our clients who want to have a presence in Alexa Skills and Google Actions.  Voicify gives us a cost-effective solution for our clients.
