    What do you like best?

    VoiceGuide IVR is optimal for small and medium sized business. Its price is comparatively low, starting price is $99.00 only and the fun thing is, it offers a free trial too. It is a cloud based software, installation and operating verification takes just few hours.

    It offers swift and simple formation of interactive voice response system which can be easily operated by a Windows PC. By using this enhancement can be done in many sectors of small or medium running business. It is ideal for Call centers, tech support, banking, banking, insurance, securities and many others.

    It gives up to 240 telephone line support and multiple languages accessibly too. Its drag and drop features made it exceptional from other IVRs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What do you dislike?

    I rarely found any shortcomings of VoiceGuide IVR. Yet there are some issues which can be bothering to others like it doesn’t support only Windows so those who use macOS and linex they might face some problem.

    Another lacking may be some people don’t feel like to interact with the machine language.

    Other than these, I really didn't find any big issue with voice router. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Recommendations to others considering the product:
