What do you like best?

Customer service and functionality in day to day lease operations. The tool is user friendly and has helped to improve selfservice for information gathering at the managerial level. The tool has also helped our organization to have more visibility on the leases term and characteristics and to develop comparissons between the lease term in the differt geographies in which our company operates. What do you dislike?

There are some ratios and parameters in the reports section that can be improved. For example is impossible by now to compare the average cost per sqm of different floors in the same building, it is possible just to estimate an average cost for the total sqm in a specific building. Also sometimes the tool generates a problem when changing the currency or trying to change the sqm/sqf measures for buildings that are measured differently by region. Recommendations to others considering the product:

The implementation team is very supportive. The company takes the time to adapt your business necessities and has several online courses to help you to understand and use the tool. After the implementation is done it is easy to contact the support team if any support is required for some activity or changes in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Lease management. It has been helful to keep our expansion process documentation ordered. The main benefits is that the overall lease process for new location is more simple. Also the tool is user friendly and has helped to improve selfservice for information gathering at the managerial level. The tool has also helped our organization to have more visibility on the leases term and characteristics and to develop comparissons between the lease term in the differt geographies in which our company operates. What do you like best?

Constant improvement to the product to meet client needs is definitely what I like best. They offer training on every version update that is released. I found the product to be very logical and easy to use. Granted not everyone has common sense, but it was easy to navigate and get the hang of with within my first week on the job. What do you dislike?

It would be nice to have a larger visual gallery (thumbnails) as more images are in greater demand. Other than that there really isn't anything to dislike. I just came up with one to answer the question, but Visual Lease was excellent to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Those who place high value on customer support will not be let down because they provide that on an ongoing basis. Visual Lease is customizable therefore making it highly efficient. It is easy to access on the road! And one of the best benefits is that the cloud-based platform can generate reports significantly faster than when we would have to devote a day to accomplish the same task. And, they offer translation services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
