The reports are very useful, and the interface is very easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Visual Lease?** I haven't seen anything in Visual Lease that I don't like. **Recommendations to others considering Visual Lease:** If your company has a lot of leases, Visual Lease is a tool you should strongly consider. The think I like the most is that it does what we need it to do. It meets all of our needs from 842 implementations, to rent payments, to tracking renewals. It does it all. Multiple departments use Visual Lease and it does a good job at meeting all of our needs. **What do you dislike about Visual Lease?** Sometimes the user interface is a little wonky and other times the amount of data that gets pulled is overwhelming. For example, when we pull the data that we use for our rent uploads it will pull 50+ columns of data. It's not a huge deal, but it can be overwhelming for new users. **What problems is Visual Lease solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our main reason for implementing Visual Lease was the adoption of the lease accounting standard 842. There are plenty of softwares that can do this. The reason we chose Visual Lease was after reviewing multiple of the big lease accounting softwares this one was the one we felt would be most useful for other departments. Issues and questions I have had over the last three years have been quickly addressed by their customer support. The system is very easy to learn and use. We were able to provide the reports generated from Visual lease and use them to prepare our financial statement footnote disclosures and used them for support for our external audit. We are much more proactive in our lease monitoring and performing more analysis and due diligence in our term renewals and lease negotiations.
