
Is very simple to create forms and workflows with Virtus Flow. Initially I used some templates that they provided me but after some hours I started creating my processed from scratch. I can now change a process on demand without sending email to all my users. I also appreciated some applications that are ready to use like the Ticketing Management and the Documents.
Another interesting feature is the ability to publish public forms. I used that to automate our customer onboarding steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to build my own reporting view, instead of using the standard dashboard I think is useful to have something where I can customize my insights. We're doing this exporting data with the connector provided but probably more can be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
