**What do you like best about Virtus Flow?**

Is very simple to create forms and workflows with Virtus Flow. Initially I used some templates that they provided me but after some hours I started creating my processed from scratch. I can now change a process on demand without sending email to all my users. I also appreciated some applications that are ready to use like the Ticketing Management and the Documents.
Another interesting feature is the ability to publish public forms. I used that to automate our customer onboarding steps.

**What do you dislike about Virtus Flow?**

I would like to build my own reporting view, instead of using the standard dashboard I think is useful to have something where I can customize my insights. We're doing this exporting data with the connector provided but probably more can be done.

**What problems is Virtus Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was finally able to reduce the number of silos in my company, we now use Virtus Flow across different departments and this help us to save time. We can finally have reports of our processes and the overall efficiency of our team. I also saved money moving out from other applications that we were using. We centralized different apps in one with Virtus Flow.
