Recommendations to others considering viResourceAllocation:

The software our firm used prior to viUtilize to capture and manage current workload assignments for fee earning staff was not performing well. We had complaints about its ease of use, and it also became cumbersome to customize as users from new practice groups and branch offices were added.

ViGlobal came up with a great tool - viUtilize/availability - which solved the problems we had once we signed up, and their customer support team with Kiho Yi in particular has been a great resource and always available. It has been eleven years since we first signed up and the software performance has been excellent and consistent while viGlobal continues to provide us with excellent customer service support.
