We had complaints about its ease of use, and it also became cumbersome to customize as users from new practice groups and branch offices were added. ViGlobal came up with a great tool - viUtilize/availability - which solved the problems we had once we signed up, and their customer support team with Kiho Yi in particular has been a great resource and always available. I'm sure there is more to work allocation than I use it for. **What do you dislike about viResourceAllocation?** Nothing I can think of at this time. It was a bit of pain setting it up in the beginning but its fine now. **What problems is viResourceAllocation solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to have the students send us their work reports in a word document so this has saved us a lot of time. ### 4. Pretty straightforward. **What do you dislike about viResourceAllocation?** I don't like the people page. I feel like it is harder to navigate and do things compared to the deal page. **What problems is viResourceAllocation solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think this is putting everything in one centralized location that everyone can look at rather than putting it in excel.
