**What do you like best about Vertify?**

I enjoy the simplicity of the user interface, ease to review history, preview and test filter results, export directly from filters, and collect/push changes on the fly with specific logic.
Support has been wonderful and help site resources are easy to locate. Overall easy setup compared to other middleware I've used.

**What do you dislike about Vertify?**

Least helpful are lacking features for "copying" configurations as new items are added. Some of our mappings are quite time consuming and manually mapping each new add can introduce human error. However, it was explained support can assist with these in bulk if needed.

**What problems is Vertify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertify is assisting us in moving only the data we -need- to our marketing platform, allowing us to load all data points at the local level and keep a level of separation, quality control, and intentional load/change management.

**What do you like best about Vertify?**

We partner with Vertify to integrate Netsuite and Marketo. Their team is an excellent technical extension of our small internal team. They've helped us establish some outside-the-box integration requests that support our unusual business model. And, tech support has proven to be not only timely and responsive at solving problems -- but also a good teacher so that we can prevent similar issues moving forward!

**What do you dislike about Vertify?**

Vertify is starting to make some improvements to the UI, which is great. The only other downside is that our business model as a licensing company doesn't allow us to fully tap into the reports available through RevOps.

**What problems is Vertify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertify is helping us break down the silos and navigate the handoff between marketing and sales for our customers around the world.

**What do you like best about Vertify?**

Vertify connects the tools in our MarTech stack together. The best part of Vertify is flexibility. There is so much data moving back and forth and we're often trying to manipulate it to keep our database well organized and Vertify's flexibility lets us build the ideal workflow for our business practices. 
The support from Vertify is exceptional and a huge part of our success. Their interface is very user friendly but whenever there is a disconnect, they are incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and won't rest until it's fixed.

**What do you dislike about Vertify?**

There really hasn't been anything that stands out that I would complain about.

**What problems is Vertify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Vertify to connect parts of our business environment we didn't think were possible.
We are now able to fully integrate a sales enablement tool and we would have never been able to do that without Vertify. It's really opened up a lot of doors and allowed us to automate manual processes in multiple departments.

**What do you like best about Vertify?**

The people. Vertify has made it a point to up their game and provide knowledgeable and creative account managers to assist with integrations. These projects are HAIRY, with a lot of ins-and-outs that will bamboozle small Marketing teams. Think about it - you're already resource strapped so you purchase a contract with a major automation platform to "lighten the load" internally through automating outreach while also diversifying/improving how you attain data for your distribution team. Sounds great... until you realize you practically have to be either a business analyst or, even better, an engineer, to get the connection accomplished if you're using anything other than SalesForce. (I said "resource strapped," remember?)

Anyhow, Vertify's expertise has proven invaluable again and again - and that's the people who provide it. Anyone could probably create a solid data-mapping tool and bring it to market, but Vertify has both a solid technical offering - the software itself is excellent - as well as an incredible team of articulate, thoughtful and even enthusiastic contributors who want to see you cross the finish line. 

Another nice feature of having such an integration tool on hand - you're not as liable to fall victim to the data retention policies of your automation platform. In our case, a 90-day retention policy played havoc with our lead scoring initiative, but Vertify helped us overcome the issue because our activity data (used as the base for much of our lead scoring) was held in the system for much, much longer than the automation platform's 90 days.

**What do you dislike about Vertify?**

We got off to a rough start with Vertify in early 2018 due to some staffing changes that occurred behind the scenes, and they hadn't yet recovered and gotten their A-game on. So the fact that it's small and thus potentially vulnerable to personnel shake-ups can lead one to pause. That said, their size has proven to be a benefit overall. They are scrappy, competent and willing to go the extra mile to maintain solid relationships with their clients. And that's invaluable.

**What problems is Vertify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to successfully integrated a nice CRM to our marketing automation platform and extend the data retention policies of the automation platform. Additionally, we have been able to automate several data hygiene pieces through Vertify.

**What do you like best about Vertify?**

I liked having contact with such a personable technician. Amanda is super helpful in the fact she knows her stuff, and doesnt mind me asking a million questions, even some repeat questions.

**What do you dislike about Vertify?**

Nothing crazy, sometimes i think communicate gets lost in some issues, but usually its resolved very quickly without hassle.

**Recommendations to others considering Vertify:**

Its a great tool to use to help create a handshake across multiple tools and departments

**What problems is Vertify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Im working with Vertify to ensure the connection through Marketo to Netsuite is what we are after. We currently solved an issue regarding the flames from the activities to show on the Netsuite dashboard
