We have some unusual accounting needs and the team was able to help us find solutions that we couldn't get from our old ERP system. **What do you dislike about Versa Cloud ERP?** Because it is so customizabe, some of the fixes seem like they haven't been through a ton of UI/UX and navigation isn't as smooth or intuitive as some other systems. **What problems is Versa Cloud ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have many different sales integrations that made it difficult to find a system that could easily bring them all together as they all have different rules and payments. We also had trouble tracking different warehouses and currency when we were using our old ERP and they have found solutions. The reporting is more robust too, although I still need to figure out some of the features. The pricing was also more attractive than other systems that could meet our needs. ### 2. It is key for us to have a system that can do everything needed to run a business that import and sells products. It seamlessly does Production planning, Purchasing in different currencies, all Accounting as well as Inventory management. **What do you dislike about Versa Cloud ERP?** None really, hard to dislike a tool after you get to know how to use it... **What problems is Versa Cloud ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We move inventory from one location to another and can always check where things are, in multiple locations. The seamless integration to Shopify, is another very important part. As long as we input the information right you can look everything up, trace products and customers activities fast and easy. ### 3. It also seems like a smaller team, which made the onboarding process feel very personalized. As for the software itself, it’s highly customizable, which is exactly what we need for our business. **What do you dislike about Versa Cloud ERP?** While it’s very customizable, I’ve found it extremely time-consuming and complicated to get all the rules and integrations set up exactly the way we need. Overall, I don’t think that’s Versa’s fault—it’s just a time-consuming and difficult process no matter what. Also, we have a relatively high transaction volume and it does seem like Versa slows down with certain reports and pages while trying to load thousands of transactions. **What problems is Versa Cloud ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business is mostly dropship so that means we have a lot of transactions and we also have a fair amount of customers all with their own contracts around taxes, commission, shipping reimbursement, etc. I think the biggest benefit for our company with Versa is the ability to create specific rules for each customer. ### 4. The allocation and remove allocation features for example were added and refined when I think Versa could tell that would be very beneficial and it was. It is easy to view all inventory related issues in a concentrated interface and address accordingly -- by adjusting stock for example if necessary, with a lot of markers indicating how specific inventory is processed, like a bread crumb trail so you can always see how we got to a certain number. Effective integration of many aspects of inventory management cohesively presented. **What do you dislike about Versa Cloud ERP?** Sometimes feels like it would be good to be able to delete products that are discontinued. **What problems is Versa Cloud ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory management is the area I feel Versa Cloud has really improved our functioning the best in. Before we could not keep track of inventory at multiple locations effectively and now we can. The process for allocating and transferring inventory across different locations is much more simplified saving time and money. ### 5. As a small start-up team, it makes managing high volumes of activity easy. The support from Versa is fantastic, making scaling the business easier than it would otherwise be. I initially chose Versa Cloud ERP due to a gut feeling that I would receive more personalized support, which has proven true. The support team is fantastic. Weekly calls and support made the initial setup manageable despite a lot to do. The company regularly reaches out for feedback and handles meaningful suggestions promptly. **What do you dislike about Versa Cloud ERP?** Nothing **What problems is Versa Cloud ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Versa Cloud ERP makes managing high volumes of operations easy and keeps key metrics visible, all with exceptional support that simplifies scaling for my small start-up team. ### 6. It works from a retail perspective (especially when paired with Shopify) but it's not as quite smooth as it is on the wholesale side. **What problems is Versa Cloud ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s cloud-based, so our team can access it from anywhere, and it’s also faster than our previous locally hosted system. In addition, the customer portal gives our wholesale customers direct access to our system so they can view our inventory and place orders in real time. Finally, the Pick, Pack, and Ship feature has reduced our picking and shipping errors to almost zero. ### 7. It was the perfect fit since it is extremely robust with advanced inventory management, purchasing, and order processing capabilities. It's really easy to use without burdensome configurations. The costs are reasonable for a small sized business and the cloud based service is a huge plus. The sales team was great and very helpful through the implementation. It genuinely feels like we have a business partner. **What do you dislike about Versa Cloud ERP?** They are constantly improving, but suggestions/refinements do take time to get implemented. We are no longer having to send emails to customers apologizing for over selling. Researching inventory variances is more accessible than our old program and has made cycle counting quicker with less downtime. ### 9. This is not the software you buy and have to purchase ERP for Dummies immediately after. If you are somewhat familiar with ERPs, you'll have an advantage here- easy to use and navigate once undertsding the basics. Versa is very responsive to our business's needs, and their team treats us in a fashion that shows us through every interaction that they are there to help and do what they can to ensure their system helps our business grow. Being web-based, our sales team can access the system anywhere they have cell service/ wifi making on-the-spot deals based on live inventory, ensuring we are selling what we have. Fulfillment from our Shopify is streamlined and we are also able to publish all the key info to shopify strat from the erp. Financials and Purchasing are also good in my opionion. Our CFO and Bookkeeper are able to close each month within just a couple of days and year end is a breeze. **What do you dislike about Versa Cloud ERP?** Reporting is an area we could use more assistance with. Custom reporting is available within the erp- However, there is no pivot table or excel database connection. This means you may have to lean on Versa for assistance in building a report you may need. Versa is exceptionally welcoming to customizations, so if, or when, you need to engage with them to develop a custom report, it's a breeze, and turnaround is quick. **What problems is Versa Cloud ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a small five-person team shipping to distributors, wholesalers, and consumers all from one system. From our Quickbook days to today, Versa helps place all the necessary tools in one platform to get the job done accurately and smoothly! ### 10. What really stands out for me is working with their staff for both collaboration and troubleshooting—they are so responsive and great at what they do. **What do you dislike about Versa Cloud ERP?** We have an outstanding wishlist item of having RMA's listed on the customer's profile.
