Working with Versa is like working with a partner. This is not the software you buy and have to purchase ERP for Dummies immediately after. If you are somewhat familiar with ERPs, you'll have an advantage here- easy to use and navigate once undertsding the basics. Versa is very responsive to our business's needs, and their team treats us in a fashion that shows us through every interaction that they are there to help and do what they can to ensure their system helps our business grow. Being web-based, our sales team can access the system anywhere they have cell service/ wifi making on-the-spot deals based on live inventory, ensuring we are selling what we have. Fulfillment from our Shopify is streamlined and we are also able to publish all the key info to shopify strat from the erp. Financials and Purchasing are also good in my opionion. Our CFO and Bookkeeper are able to close each month within just a couple of days and year end is a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting is an area we could use more assistance with. Custom reporting is available within the erp- However, there is no pivot table or excel database connection. This means you may have to lean on Versa for assistance in building a report you may need. Versa is exceptionally welcoming to customizations, so if, or when, you need to engage with them to develop a custom report, it's a breeze, and turnaround is quick.
