Versa Cloud ERP is a good system that we use for our ERP needs and it has significantly reduced the need for manual reporting while managing our EDI customers more efficiently. We like that the system does what we need it to do and that the Versa team is top notch in helping us solve individual customer ordering issues and customize data. The team behind the system is an incredibly valuable asset to us, having helped us tremendously with recent issues like the Lowes ordering scheme. The initial setup was relatively easy due to being template-driven, and the Versa team made the process easier, even though it was a demanding task for me. We found Versa Cloud ERP to have the features and benefits we needed at a decent subscription price.

It seems that Versa continually makes adjustments to improve intuitive work flow. The allocation and remove allocation features for example were added and refined when I think Versa could tell that would be very beneficial and it was. It is easy to view all inventory related issues in a concentrated interface and address accordingly -- by adjusting stock for example if necessary, with a lot of markers indicating how specific inventory is processed, like a bread crumb trail so you can always see how we got to a certain number. Effective integration of many aspects of inventory management cohesively presented.

It's very customizable to our needs. We have some unusual accounting needs and the team was able to help us find solutions that we couldn't get from our old ERP system.
