I really appreciate how Variphy Call Analytics provides clear, visual insights into our Webex Calling environment. The real-time and historical reports make it easy to track call volumes, abandoned calls, and agent performance without needing complex manual exports. It’s especially helpful for identifying trends, optimizing staffing, and improving customer experience.
