**What do you like best about Variphy Call Analytics for Webex Calling?**

I really appreciate how Variphy Call Analytics provides clear, visual insights into our Webex Calling environment. The real-time and historical reports make it easy to track call volumes, abandoned calls, and agent performance without needing complex manual exports. It’s especially helpful for identifying trends, optimizing staffing, and improving customer experience. The integration with Webex Calling is seamless, the dashboard is intuitive, and the ability to schedule automated reports saves a lot of time for our team.

**What do you dislike about Variphy Call Analytics for Webex Calling?**

Variphy Call Analytics works very well overall. Reports can take a bit longer to load with large data sets, and a few dashboards could offer more flexible filtering. Adding more detailed hunt group or transfer analytics would make it even stronger.

**What problems is Variphy Call Analytics for Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Variphy Call Analytics helps us identify call trends, monitor agent performance, and quickly spot issues like missed or abandoned calls. It’s made it much easier to track service levels and improve responsiveness across our teams. Having clear, accurate data in one place has really simplified reporting and helped us make better operational decisions.

**What do you like best about Variphy Call Analytics for Webex Calling?**

Variphy has been in the industry for quite some time and the continue to develop the platform.  It's stable, reliable, and works with a lot of solutions.  I work with a number of customers who rely on this platform to take their analytics to the next level.  The solutions is easy to setup and easy to use.  Their Account Team and support is second to none.  Can't say enough good things about this company.

**What do you dislike about Variphy Call Analytics for Webex Calling?**

I haven't ran across anything that I've disliked about their solution.

**What problems is Variphy Call Analytics for Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers have an issue all the true data the need with built in reporting and analytics on in the Control Hub. Variphy is a perfect companion to the built in solution to take reporting and analytics to the next step. No need to create data warehouses and run reports against a home grown solution, when you can do it all in Variphy.

The interface and dashboards are very easy to use, making navigation simple and straightforward. Upgrading the system is hassle-free, and whenever I need assistance, Customer Support is just an email away.

**What do you dislike about Variphy Call Analytics for Webex Calling?**

I honestly can't find any drawbacks to Variphy Call Analytics. Perhaps if I had more time to explore all of its features, I might discover something, but so far, I have no complaints.

**What problems is Variphy Call Analytics for Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having access to call analytics allows us to uncover insights that aren't visible within the Webex Calling platform. It enables us to generate more detailed reports than the standard ones provided by Webex, giving us a deeper understanding of our call data.

I appreciate how easy it is to set up this software, as well as its consistent reliability.

**What do you dislike about Variphy Call Analytics for Webex Calling?**

We need to be able to report Agent status changes for contact center users. Please implement this feature!

**What problems is Variphy Call Analytics for Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool provides a clear view of our staffing requirements throughout the day by allowing us to compare the hourly call volume with the corresponding queue times. It makes it easy to identify exactly when we need more or fewer staff based on real-time data.

Sometimes it's disconnected. Need a proper mobile application.

It helps to track the performance of the call queue.
