I use Vantaca for managing properties, handling communications, task tracking, and reminders. It helps me keep things organized by reminding me of tasks so I don't have to remember everything myself. I love the association-level task feature because it ensures I rarely miss a task, with follow-ups that tell me when I need to move forward. Sometimes emails don't send, and we don't find that out until follow up. There are a lot of small bugs that could be fixed as with any system. The inspection app doesn't keep work orders within the inspection, only violations. This would be nice for easy reporting and RFP creation.
