I like that Vantaca is highly customizable and it allows us to perform various workflows throughout the company seamlessly; each person knows what they need to do next in a task because it is now in their dashboard and is ready to be passed off to the next person for their part. They also have a good AI product that performs well and is native to the software. Lastly, Vantaca is really pushing the boundary of what is possible in HOA management, and that is the kind of software company we needed to partner with.

Easy to Navigate, Good Design, and Robust Customization
Easy to navigate (once you are a bit familiar with it). Simple but still aesthetic page and portal styles. Fairly robust customization and automation options. Responsive support team, interested in feedback and improvements based on customer feedback.
