**What do you like best about Valence?**

It helps us to organise my training/personal development tasks for my team and for me.

**What do you dislike about Valence?**

The platform has many bugs, and sometimes it isn't very pleasant to get rid of them.

**What problems is Valence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to review each employee's qualities and share 360-degree feedback with them. It can capture data and covert it to meaningful analysis, which is very easily understandable.

**What do you like best about Valence?**

I think the best part is thea biliuty to use this for you engagment, and as a user I think it makes the most sense to do this with integrations, via email or messaging

**What do you dislike about Valence?**

The nicest thing would be is if I could give direct but anonymous feedback directly to someone, although I do see the issue with that. The use case is when I have feedback for a manager on a project

**What problems is Valence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is now at least a line of communication, some transparency, and support from our team now that we use this tool and engagement software. I would recommend it,

Valence provides great team communication and assistance in working relationships with my manager.

**What do you dislike about Valence?**

I had no complaints, except the pricing could be lower.

**What problems is Valence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team communication in a hybrid work environment. Helps the team communicate more fluently on a day-to-day basis. Furthermore, helps set internal goals and objectives.
