&lt;p&gt;At that size we prioritized the paper trail first, because a failed audit costs more than slow authoring ever will. We paired Scribe for office and process SOPs with ABB&#39;s work instructions on the floor rather than forcing one tool to do both, and the combined cost still came in under every enterprise quote we got. One thing I&#39;d check before committing: how painful it is to get your documents OUT of each tool, since at 50 people you may well migrate again within a few years.&lt;/p&gt;
