## Usersnap Reviews
  ### 1. Really useful and simple way to receive feedback in development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arttu R. | Technology Development Manager, digital services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Integration for web frontend is really easy and changes made in Usersnap backend are instantly visible. Usersnap offers many really useful integrations. For us, especially Slack and Teams have proven to be integrations we use most. I'm curious to see what kind of automation and integration pipelines we can build. Getting systems to communicate with each other is a breeze and really straightforward.
Interface is simple and effective and ticketing system view is easy to control with just couple of clicks setting different parameters. Through integrations it is possible to get additional info about the issue from users outside Usersnap.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Sometimes screenshot does not count all the elements that are visible and from time to time drawings in screenshots do not align 100% with the screenshot image. Minor flaws and I believe those might be related to cross-origin content on our page that are not allowed to be rendered by 3rd party.
Refresh time for interface could be better. Sometimes changes are not visible until page is reloaded.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

If you are looking for a lightweight yet feature rich feedback system for developent or user feedback, this is recommended.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Usersnap to get feedback in development/beta phase of our new web solution and this will also be used to get more broad feedback from public users in open beta and some time after publishing the site. We have noticed a big increase on response times with error reporting and developers' fix as the ticket system is very good.

  ### 2. Great for startups, but needs more to scale with them

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher C. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2021

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

It's straightforward to plug into our existing systems and does the job we need it to do.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

The reporting tools are lacking. It's not very intuitive to go into Usersnap and extract the data or manipulate it to get at what you need. I frequently have to download the JSON file, convert it to excel, and then get the data I need.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get fast user feedback from Usersnap. It does its intended purpose, but doesn't grow with the company.

  ### 3. The best feedback tool of the market

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

The visibility of the open cases is not yes optimal for our customers because not flexible enough.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Straightforward, efficient design for bug tracking and getting direct feedback from the user complete with screenshots made it simple to track user experience issues

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Noting, it was a good experience overall. Our only challenge was we used it for public beta and received reports that weren't helpful.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for issues with our UI.

  ### 5. Awesome app and service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pat S. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

The widget was very easy to set up and implement. Also, customer support was super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Having so many features and options available makes it a little hard to navigate the admin panel.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usersnap gave my company a very simple and intuitive way for our customers to send us feedback and bug reports.

  ### 7. Simplifies the Q/A Process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brianna H. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Usersnap is a great tool for employees, clients, and users to leave feedback on website design elements, bugs, or even typos.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

We left Usersnap on a live website to see what comments users had about the design since they are the ones interacting with the site on a daily basis. Usersnap is a great way to do this, however, the way the interface is designed confused some people and they thought it was a contact form. Instead of leaving design feedback, we had users submit questions about the services provided by the website. Maybe changing the wording on the feedback tool could help this be more userfriendly.

Also, the cost get rise pretty quick depending on how many sites you need to use it on. If you're using it solely for your organization it is a good deal for the price, but once you start using it for clients too make sure you can offset that cost to them.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

I would do the free trial first to test out how your organization likes the tool and how they find interacting with it to be.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeding up the Q/A process, allowing people to leave feedback anonymously if they are too afraid to speak up about it, being able to fix errors as we go in a timely manner.

  ### 8. Effective and simple to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

It does what it's supposed to in a practical, straightforward manner. The tool is easy to use and saves us a lot of time compared to building a similar functionality in-house.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

On small screen sizes, the tag on the side of the screen can be a little problematic.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

Easy to implement, may help you uncover bugs or feedback that would be lost otherwise.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding problems that users have while interacting with our service.

  ### 9. Function review during the testing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

The funtions that using development are clear and easy. During the testing, there will have an assitant to help and ask for the updarte.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Everthing is okay with me. Nothing dislike for the function and communication.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The bugs report function and recording function. Reduce the misunderstanding with my colleague

  ### 10. Almost there

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Good tool to get user feedback. Easy integration.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

The UI is simple but there are some things that could be better. Sometimes there are bugs as well, but as with any new software company. Their plans are also limited such that it's hard to get just one integration.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting user feedback with contextual details.

  ### 11. Preliminary review after a few weeks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Maritime | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2021

**Reviewed by:** Karolis B. | Senior project manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2021

nothing to dislike we got all of the integrations we need

communication and high quality product

  ### 13. Usersnap makes users your hero!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad R. | Head of Strategy & Innovation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

As a seasoned customer experience expert that has worked with and as a developer for years, I was looking for a way to shorten the time it takes to gather relevant details on bug issues and new feature requests from a diverse user base. I found this in the Usersnap product and the best part is that it took minutes to setup and our users immediately started sharing the right feedback to our teams. Having the ability to allow direct feedback, new feature requests and bug information from uses with the click of a mouse is the best feature. You can get up and running in under 5 minutes and deploy to many resources and teams in a snap. Additional integrations support Email, Trello, Slack updates and many more make this a goto product for new sites.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

The lack of rich configuration of feedback widget. While I really like the simple setup, there are not many extra options to allow for a customized experience.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The login hangs for me when I use Chrome to access usernap. I also had some simple issues on my customized setup. Usersnap support easily responded with valuable feedback in less than 1 day.

  ### 14. Quick onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Dashboard is intuitive, support is reactive

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Free plan is poor but that's understandable

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

Gather feedbacks and report bugs

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feedback for a new app

  ### 15. Adds value on top of value!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Usersnap has been an incredible and seamless way to collect user feedback during our private beta. I love how easy and intuitive it is for all users. In fact, users are so impressed by usersnap that it reflects positively on our site as well. Managing feedback on the back end is very easy. We use the Jira integration to send items directly into action.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

There really isn't a downside to Usersnap. I wish I could use both the feedback feature and the poll feature at the same time :)

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

I highly recommend using UserSnap - your users will be able to give you real time feedback with screenshots and markups in a cinch. UserSnap has been an awesome addition for our limited private beta. We've learned a lot from users, and users have loved the ease of sharing feedback through UserSnap. On the back end, we've been able to manage all of the feedback coming in quite simply with custom tags, assigning to team members, and the ability to reply directly to the user who submitted a note. I can't recommend this highly enough to product professionals!

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have not encountered any issues or challenges with Usersnap. The benefits have been that users are able to give clear and helpful feedback in the moment. I think we get more feedback because of Usersnap's one-click access directly from the webpage. We have also been able to create our own tagging system to analyze trends in the feedback on the back-end, which has helped us make informed decisions about the product roadmap.

  ### 16. Great for Cross-Dept UAT

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

I liked how easy the interface was for every member and skillset across different departments. It also cut down time on the back and forth for acquiring additional info for issues that our internal users were seeing.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

So far for our purposes it has been great.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are problem solving with how to get a group of people with varying technical skills to be able to UAT a new platform in a short amount of time. Having an extremely simple way to gather info from their issues across multiple disciplines has been great for fast turnaround times to fix issues.

  ### 17. Easy, Simple, and Pain Free, I love Usersnap

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James F. | Digital Marketing Specialist | Marketing Infrastructure | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

I have been using Usersnap for at least a few years and it is the best option for getting feedback on a new website or staging site in specific circumstances.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

I only wish I could turn off the service during times I do not use and pay when a new project needs it.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the need for fast, reliable feedback, and the fact that it records the browser type and version makes a huge difference when assessing issues on the site. The benefit is that I can quickly make changes to everything and not have to use a spreadsheet or email for feedback I have been given.

  ### 18. Easy to integrate and to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

- Intuitive for the end users
- Easy integration and possibility to link 3rd party application (Jira in our case)

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

We're still exploring Usersnap capabilities and the possible use cases.
Maybe having the possibility to pre-define labels when integrared with Jira.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

No particular recommendation. Still exploring Usersnap capabilities.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We intend to use Usersnap as a tool to get testers feedbacks in our software quality process.

  ### 19. Good tool for collating feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel T. | Owner, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

The integration into the browser through extensions for chrome and firefox makes it easy to get users of all levels to provide consistent feedback. Combined with the integration with Trello makes the workflow a lot easier to manage and automate.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

The base of the platform is there, but I'm hoping they will bring in more feedback options and deeper integrations with third party tools to allow for further streamlining of processes.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using it to bridge feedback process on UX designs and content control between different departments and stakeholders.

  ### 20. We love UserSnap

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philipp H. | Senior UX Designer TruConnect Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Our users love the experience at UserSnap and therefore provide a lot of helpful feedback on our product.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

The large amount of feedback should be better and more freely filterable within UserSnap.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

Deciding on the success of your product is a simple and fast feedback channel for your users! And that is exactly the core competence of UserSnap.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 21. Very easy to use, safe and reliable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace M. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

I like the user interface and it is easy to use. The configuration of the tool is very simple, we can do it in a very short time, it is very good to be able to obtain a visual feedback to make decisions in the projects of the company.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

The options of use in mobile devices are very limited, it has no comparison with respect to the use of the tool from a computer. the difference of utility is like day and night.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

This software fulfills its function without problems, it is very safe and stable, it is very good for the process of quality control, and has many customization options.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this software to identify errors, problems and any missing content on the website, this tool allows us to see all the content as our clients see it, this makes it possible for us to have all the necessary information without having to ask for help in case there is an unexpected problem.

  ### 22. Finally, Usersnap is what I was looking for!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex T. | Founder | Content Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Easy installation.
User-friendly. Easy for non-tech-savvy users.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

None, so far. Maybe I would add video recording to a future version.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Yucalab Digital Media, we create, localize, and translate a lot of content from English to Spanish for our clients. After looking for an app/software, to make annotations on a screenshot, to review mostly websites, I finally found Usersnap. When I started my search, I thought there were a lot of similar tools that could do this work, but surprisingly, I found just a few. And let me tell you, most of them were pretty BAD. For me, finding Usersnap was a miracle, and it has already become an essential tool for the work that I'm doing.

  ### 23. Great bit of software for testing

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

It's easy to install and very user friendly - important when the testers may not be computer savvy.

Discovering the exact requirements of my users

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2020

It removes people having to take screenshots, so you get feedback from the less technically minded (crucial in web dev). It also sends through all the tech information without having to ask.

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Easy for testing teams to provide visual, annotated feedback and for this feedback to get digested and acted upon by the relevant product and development teams.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

It would be nice to be able to choose which Jira project to send the tickets to rather than always having to send them to the same project. More flexibility here would be great.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

Give it a go. Don't forget to plug it into Slack and Jira if you use those tools.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Usersnap has Significantly improved our workflows by making it easier and quicker to raise bugs recognised while developing and testing our front end products.

  ### 28. Better than the competition!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

We use canvas elements in our product and usersnap allows us to capture feedback with screenshots where others couldn't. I'm really excited to see what else we can get it to do. I also really like how users can annotate their screenshots too.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

I can't ask specific questions to users - this would be really useful when in beta phase

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its great for the beta phase we're in now to capture how users interact with our product and make sure its up to scratch from a usability perspective. It'll also be great when we're in scale phase so we can continuously listen to our users without having to send out surveys which require a lot of admin

  ### 29. Usersnap easy to use and very effective

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian S. C. | Project Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

I like that it is well designed and that it really focuses on facilitating work, you can use simple code lines which helps to make product launches more quickly and start or get feedback from our customer users.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Since we are using it, I have not found something that I do not like, to change or improve something, I would only change the user interface for something a little more visually attractive.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

This tool is highly recommended because it fulfills its function without problems, it is really reliable and efficient.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Usersnap we have the ability to identify problems, errors or missing content, in the different projects we carry out, and it also facilitates the integration of the different work teams in the projects that merit it, so that they can exchange information and suggestions with more efficiency .

  ### 30. Service not ready for prime time

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Usersnap has great potential, but it doesn't seem to be ready for primetime.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

There's too many gaps and issues that it seems like it's a beta-test. For example, a bug that prevented me from updating our billing or 3rd party integrations missing essential hooks or data. Since it's not a full blown helpdesk app, it's critical that it work with 3rd party integrations and so far, Usersnap falls drastically short. Support and senior staff seem disinterested in addressing these issues, so I'm not confident in their future feature timeline.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

I would find a more comprehensive solution, possibly one directly from your helpdesk app.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None, right now. Will be discontinuing this service.

  ### 31. Works great

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

The design of Usersnap. It looks and works very simple for users.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

That you need to choose one project and you can not combine them (or I cannot do that :))

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That users can give the feedback in an easy way instead sending emails.

  ### 32. Great bug tracking & feedback tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael W. | Performance Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Very simple setup and also simple & easy to customize. I also like the way it can be integrated with 30+ 3rd party tools, like GitHub, GitLab, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Usersnap itself is really great. Nevertheless, no video recorder is integrated at the moment. IMHO it would take Usersnap to the next level.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

Check out their free trial!

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to identify issues and bugs faster and visualize them clearer. Also, the integration in our standard toolset is flawless.

  ### 33. Good for gathering quick feedback, but

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee P. | Conversion Rate Optimisation Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Usable interface, easy to setup and start gathering feedback.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Hotjar's feedback functionality (included in plans for free) has replaced the need for this tool.
It's hard to tell how people who open the tool interact with it, is it as intuitive as it could be? Do people know what the tool does exactly? We get lots of responses without a screengrab.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to gather feedback around what issues users are having on your website, and it lets them highlight an area to relate to their feedback if they want to.

  ### 34. Very nice visual feedback collection tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Nice and easy to use
Can setup your account and start using it literally within a minute
Getting visual feedback is the best decision you'll ever make if you're making online projects for clients. Using UserSnap is a million times easier than clients using a photo editing software to send you feedback.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

The set of tools available is still kind of limited. You basically need a text box and a red marker to do input on web projects, but more tools would be nice and would make more complex feedback easier to point out

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

Give it a try, it's worth it, especially if you do a lot of web projects for clients

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting clients' feedback on online web projects

  ### 35. Usersnap makes QA better, faster, and easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel P. | Lead Digital Project Manager and VP, Operations, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

It's easy to use and the tester's default system info is captured along with their notes and screenshot, which is valuable and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

It's not quite as good on mobile as on desktop because the widget covers most of the browser.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

It is invaluable to the QA process. There are plenty of features that allow you to customize the team, access, visibility, and the widget.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usersnap greatly facilitates the digital QA process. It integrates seamlessly with all sort of 3rd party project manager and bug capture tools such as Jira, Trello, and Basecamp. We can also connect it directly into a WordPress or Drupal instance easily.

  ### 36. Wonderful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie R. | Product Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

I could not have conceived of a better product myself. A few simple lines of code and we are able to get feedback directly from our users for each product release in a simple, easy to use way. This product is a game-changer for my company.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Nothing so far! We are using this product for our Beta, so more detailed feedback will come in the future, but our experience so far has been great.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

Use it!

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How do you collect feedback from stakeholders and customers in a simple, easy to use manner?

  ### 37. Great tool to have!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

It is great how one can submit an issue and everything need to identify, trouble shoot and resolve the issue is easily accessible. Makes ones job much easier.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

The only thing my company does not like, is the software pricing. It is too expensive.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We provide several resources to families experiencing homelessness therefore use different software that need to be working properly at all times.

  ### 38. Awesome tool to have have issue or feedback submited by end user.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

The best thing I like about usersnap is its very easy to integrate. Also when end user submits an issue or feedback. Usersnap sends all the info a developer would require. i.e. User agent of the device, what was there on the console, screen shot, url etc. Also it allows integration with my asana task list. All the submitted issues directly gets added to asana, which is the best part.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

There is no such thing I dislike about usersnap specifically. The only problem I had so far that my usersanp plan limit was expired and on the integration part or via email I did not get any notification that its asana integration has stopped working.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

If you are looking for smooth client support where your end users are not that technical. Usersnap is a right product.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are making a HR system of one of our clients. And there are so many non technical users using the system. Every time there was some issue in the system users were not able to explain the exact issues. Which was resulting in more time for developers to identify and resolve the issue. But with integration of usersnap its became easy for both the ends. For end users and for developers as well.

  ### 39. Best customer/website feedback tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Walid A. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Intuitive and easy to use, pointing bugs on-screen, customizable feedback

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Lack of features on A/B testing report, competitive pricing tires.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

If you are looking for a quick and easy to use (feedback/bug) tool, Usersnap is a good solution.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usersnap helps us fixing bugs and collect feedback from our customers.

  ### 40. Easy to use website bug tracker for Basecamp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer G. | Owner & Graphic Designer, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

I like how Usersnap connects directly to Basecamp. With just a few clicks, I can link to the project and every issue I find is added to the right to-do list.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Because we connect Usersnap to Basecamp, we never need to use the Usersnap dashboard. Unfortunately that means the open screens, while completed on the Basecamp side, are never checked off on the Usersnap side. I wish the open screens were closed automatically from Basecamp.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

Don't waste time trying out the competitor software. Give Usersnap a shot first and you won't need to try another app.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Usersnap to identify issues, bugs, and missing content with the websites we develop for clients. The information captured—notably the browser version and screen size—save us from having to repeatedly ask colleagues for this information when they find a problem.

  ### 41. Very good feedback capturing system

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anand S. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2018

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Usersnap allows non technical users to capture screens, client machine info and provide details of the issues end user facing. This in turn also help technical team to analyze, replicate and troubleshoot the issue faster. Thanks

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Possibly some of the traces via inspect elements etc. can be logged which can help further

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

Free version do not provide reporting and export of all issues.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Beta testing of products

  ### 42. Usersnap is a key part of our Quality Assurance process.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandra C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2018

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Usersnap is very intuitive and this makes it an easy tool to use.It integrates perfectly with our in-house project management software ,making it a lovable tool around my organization.
It integrates with Slack and makes it easy to exchange visual feedback between myself and my colleagues at work.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

I will term Usersnap as too expensive. A tool like Snagit will work best for teams looking at cutting down on software cost.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usersnap makes it easy to collaborate by exchanging visual feedback .Therefore making it easy for everyone to work together on projects ,track bugs and of course share project suggestions more easily.

  ### 43. Our clients love using this!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deb C. | Founder & CEO | CXL-Certified Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Consultant & Digital Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2016

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

The integration with our core project management system makes this a great tool for our company. We use it for customer support, letting our clients send us screenshots and requests without ever having to login to our main support portal. Client like the seamless ease of creating screenshots this way.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

It's not really UserSnap's problem, but we do find that our clients "forget" that the ability to use UserSnap exists. Because we have to publish the module hidden on live site, meaning the client has to click on CTRL-U to bring up the screenshot dialog, it's easy for the clients to forget it's available to them.

**Recommendations to others considering Usersnap:**

Turn off most of the extra whiz-bang features unless you need them, to simplify the user experience and speed adoption by your clients. Most clients don't need to have all the markup features turned on.

Be aware that while you can style the look of the widget with your colors to match the site, it will still say "UserSnap" on it and you cannot whitelabel it unless you splurge on the Enterprise version (VERY expensive per month for any small business or web agency!)

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do use it during late stage web development to get feedback, but actually use it most for live customer support for the client's who hire us to maintain their websites month after month.
