What do you like best about Usersnap?

Usersnap made it easy to collect feedback from our customers.

We also are now able to directly gather Requests for Features, Reports of Bugs or general Customer communication directly in our Product without the need to program it ourselves. This data is transferred to Zendesk by an automated integration and thereby seamlessly integrates in existing structures. The Support is outstanding, fast and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Usersnap?

It's a bit expensive and has the "usersnap" Branding in all price plan except the highest one. I would expect no branding way earlier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app integrates with more tools that helps in managing and incorporating feedback from the existing apps

The interface is flawless, lightweight and responsive and this makes it easy to share feedback

The app instantly resolves bugs that may cause delays and performance challenges

What do you dislike about Usersnap?

Usersnap subscription plan is quite expensive and the basic tiers lacks the advanced features
