Usersnap made it easy to collect feedback from our customers.
We also are now able to directly gather Requests for Features, Reports of Bugs or general Customer communication directly in our Product without the need to program it ourselves. This data is transferred to Zendesk by an automated integration and thereby seamlessly integrates in existing structures. The Support is outstanding, fast and reliable. It's a bit expensive and has the "usersnap" Branding in all price plan except the highest one. I would expect no branding way earlier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
