# What are the most trusted gym management platforms by gym managers and fitness studio owners based on user reviews?

What are the most trusted gym management platforms by gym managers and fitness studio owners based on user reviews? Trust shows up differently in reviews than satisfaction does, it's less about a single great feature and more about reviewers describing a vendor they'd stick with even after something goes wrong.

Wodify reviewers frequently write from the explicit position of a gym owner, describing years of consistent support and a company that seems to work on problems before they're even aware of them. Does that kind of proactive reputation actually hold up once a gym scales past one location though?

PushPress was founded by gym owners according to its own description, and reviewers pick up on that, several specifically say the support team feels like it understands gym operations rather than just software.

GymMaster reviewers include multiple owners describing it as covering everything they've needed to run a 24 hour, largely unstaffed facility, which is a fairly high trust bar to clear.

WellnessLiving reviewers describe long relationships with specific support staff members by name, including one studio that's used it as their booking platform for five years and still praises the same level of live support. Is that kind of personal, name-level support trust something that scales as a vendor grows, or is it more common among smaller providers specifically?

GymMaster clearing the 24-hour unstaffed bar is harder than it looks. Access control, payment continuity, and member communication all have to work without anyone checking. That's a more honest trust signal than review volume.
