Despite rarely needing to log in, whenever I do have a question or need support, the customer service team is outstanding: always friendly, super professional, and incredibly responsive. In my role as web developer at our company I was tasked with comparing more than a dozen solutions to meet our digital compliance needs. I found Usercentrics to be our strongest choice. Every interaction I have had with the Usercentrics team has met or exceeded my expectations and handled in a professional manner. Their knowledge and helped make the implementation of their platform painless. Lots of customizations are available and easy to use. Customer support has been responsive and handled my questions in a timely manner. Our website has frequent traffic, it's reassuring that each user has robust privacy options at their disposal. Usercentrics offers best in class feature set to handle CPRA requirements, albeit with one exception. They do not handle DSAR directly, however, they do offer a solution with full integration of MineOS. Once you have configured MineOS with your company CRM you my get frequent DSAR requests and these can be fully automated.
