**What do you like best about Unnatim Connect?**

Unnatim Connect has genuinely improved my day-to-day as a salesperson. Before, I was constantly jumping between a separate spreadsheet for leads, a task manager, and our email system, and I knew I was missing follow-ups. Since switching, the all-in-one platform has finally given me a single, intuitive workspace. Setup was surprisingly fast, I had my pipelines mapped out in under an hour, which was a relief. The lead tracking and integrated project features are my favorite because they've cut my admin time by at least 25%. While I wish the mobile app was a little more robust for checking quick updates on the go (my only minor complaint), the excellent customer support has made every interaction smooth. For anyone feeling overwhelmed by multiple tools, this is the practical, efficient solution you need to get organized and focus on closing deals.

**What do you dislike about Unnatim Connect?**

While I genuinely love how much Unnatim Connect has streamlined my work, no platform is perfect. My main critique is that for an 'all-in-one' system, it can sometimes feel like information overload; I spent a little extra time on the front end hiding the HR and Finance modules just to clean up my workspace and focus on sales. Also, while the dashboard is simple, generating highly custom reports for deep pipeline analysis took a little trial and error, so there is a minor learning curve for advanced features. Finally, the mobile app is great for quick updates but needs a more fully-functional interface for heavy tasks like mass-updating leads, which is my only real annoyance as a frequent user.

**What problems is Unnatim Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What Unnatim Connect really solves for me is workflow chaos. Before using it, I was losing deals simply because my client notes lived in a spreadsheet, follow-up reminders were in my phone calendar, and my tasks were in a separate project app. It was exhausting, and I knew good leads were slipping through the cracks. Now, having everything, the CRM, lead tracking, and even project handover tools, in one intuitive spot has been incredible. The biggest benefit is that it's given me back my time; I've cut down on administrative work by about 25%, which means I can actually focus on making new calls and ensuring I close deals faster with clean, predictable follow-ups. It essentially took me from feeling constantly disorganized to feeling confidently in control of my entire sales pipeline.
