Since switching, the all-in-one platform has finally given me a single, intuitive workspace. Setup was surprisingly fast, I had my pipelines mapped out in under an hour, which was a relief. While I wish the mobile app was a little more robust for checking quick updates on the go (my only minor complaint), the excellent customer support has made every interaction smooth. While I genuinely love how much Unnatim Connect has streamlined my work, no platform is perfect. My main critique is that for an 'all-in-one' system, it can sometimes feel like information overload; I spent a little extra time on the front end hiding the HR and Finance modules just to clean up my workspace and focus on sales. Also, while the dashboard is simple, generating highly custom reports for deep pipeline analysis took a little trial and error, so there is a minor learning curve for advanced features. Finally, the mobile app is great for quick updates but needs a more fully-functional interface for heavy tasks like mass-updating leads, which is my only real annoyance as a frequent user.
