What do you like best about Unity?

Unity allows us to deploy to any device or platform our clients require. It has a flexible tool set which is well maintained and tons of assets from other developers/plugin makers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unity?

Sometimes with new updates comes a lot of change so a lot of features we use in production are in flux currently such as the OpenXR plugin for VR/AR which still isn't production ready but is the recommended standard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unity solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are usually making AR/VR apps for mobile or standalone platforms so we use the Universal Render Pipeline on these platforms to achieve good performance. Use of AR Foundation and the XR Plugin Management System is essential in these projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Unity?

A great game development app, unity is extremely high-demanding software for game development the things I like about unity are, the graphics it provides in the game, it generally creates high-resolution graphics on its own. It's possible that you'll find yourself spending a significant amount of time learning how to use Unity before you even get started because of the extensive number of features and less-than-ideal documentation.
