As a CRM for the mortgage industry Unify improves the overall quality, efficiency and experience of the customer engagement process. It provides the visibility, ease of use, consistency, and controls that help improve all aspects of the customer journey, from initial acquisition, to any and all engagement, to ultimate retention. The integration with the Loan Origination System (LOS) provides vital information to loan officers throughout the application process and the synchronization of data allows them to easily continue their communication with the customer throughout their mortgage life cycle ## Unify CRM Reviews ### 1. It ties all of our student records together and allows us to provide excellent customer service ensuring our students are succesful from the moment they apply throughout their graduation. Unify is easy to use and has many useful features that in a word make the job easier. **What do you dislike about Unify CRM?** Unify can sometimes be slow and take forever to load. Sometimes there is a gap between when Colleague and Unify talk that can and often does affect our records. If we do not go back in to make sure updates occur sometimes things are missed which has a direct impact our our students. Cruz of technology. **What problems is Unify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps prevent students from being passed around like ping pong balls. Makes the application process smoother, and houses records and notes so that all who have access to the file can review and best assist our students. ### 2. Marketing material, open house flyers, opportunity dashboard, listing alerts. It's great! **What do you dislike about Unify CRM?** The biggest complaint I have is that I can't pull a MLS number through for an open house. It has been 2.5 - 3 years since we got Unify and it still doesn't have this feature **What problems is Unify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** The marketing material library is huge, the open house function will be great once it's up and running, and the opportunities dashboard is a fantastic tool ### 3. I like that it is an organized place for leads or contacts. **What do you dislike about Unify CRM?** I think that Unify is a little hard to maneuver sometimes. I took classes to understand how to use Unify. I wish it was a little easier to use without an aid. **What problems is Unify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Staying organized, keeping in contact with partners and past customers. I can also easily find names I am looking for and clean up duplicate contacts. **What do you dislike about Unify CRM?** There seem to be a lot of glitches in sending automated emails and the reporting can be a bit confusing. I have to periodically check that my automated emails are actually going out. There's no clear way to find the reporting you might be looking for. It results in a lot of emails to their support department requesting help. **Recommendations to others considering Unify CRM:** Be prepared to rely on their support team to assist with using the system. It can be tricky to get the reporting you need due to the design of the system not being very user friendly. I've also had to have them resolve issues with my automated emails not being sent on more than one occasion. **What problems is Unify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's useful in storing a lot of information and the ability to create automated email campaigns is convenient.
