"Lots of great features"

What do you like best?

I love how many features there are available to me as a loan officer. Marketing material, open house flyers, opportunity dashboard, listing alerts. It's great!

What do you dislike?

The biggest complaint I have is that I can't pull a MLS number through for an open house. It has been 2.5 - 3 years since we got Unify and it still doesn't have this feature

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The marketing material library is huge, the open house function will be great once it's up and running, and the opportunities dashboard is a fantastic tool

"It gets the job done"

What do you like best?

This system is great for housing a lot of information and making notes for individual contacts. I can also easily find names I am looking for and clean up duplicate contacts.

What do you dislike?

There seem to be a lot of glitches in sending automated emails and the reporting can be a bit confusing. I have to periodically check that my automated emails are actually going out. There's no clear way to find the reporting you might be looking for. It results in a lot of emails to their support department requesting help.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Be prepared to rely on their support team to assist with using the system. It can be tricky to get the reporting you need due to the design of the system not being very user friendly. I've also had to have them resolve issues with my automated emails not being sent on more than one occasion.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's useful in storing a lot of information and the ability to create automated email campaigns is convenient. The marketing library is a major benefit.; I can choose from hundreds of marketing campaigns to send to my clients.

"Unify is great for Marketing "

What do you like best?

I use Unify for marketing campaigns and keeping track of customers and partners. I like that it is an organized place for leads or contacts.

What do you dislike?

I think that Unify is a little hard to maneuver sometimes. I took classes to understand how to use Unify. I wish it was a little easier to use without an aid.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Staying organized, keeping in contact with partners and past customers. Easy to use marketing campaigns.
