This system is great for housing a lot of information and making notes for individual contacts. I can also easily find names I am looking for and clean up duplicate contacts.
What do you dislike?
There seem to be a lot of glitches in sending automated emails and the reporting can be a bit confusing. I have to periodically check that my automated emails are actually going out. There's no clear way to find the reporting you might be looking for. It results in a lot of emails to their support department requesting help.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Be prepared to rely on their support team to assist with using the system. It can be tricky to get the reporting you need due to the design of the system not being very user friendly. I've also had to have them resolve issues with my automated emails not being sent on more than one occasion.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's useful in storing a lot of information and the ability to create automated email campaigns is convenient. The marketing library is a major benefit.; I can choose from hundreds of marketing campaigns to send to my clients.
