## About Unify CRM
Unify is a comprehensive contact management system for the mortgage industry that provides integrated features and functions that are essential to increasing profitability and streamlining the sales process. As a CRM for the mortgage industry Unify improves the overall quality, efficiency and experience of the customer engagement process. It provides the visibility, ease of use, consistency, and controls that help improve all aspects of the customer journey, from initial acquisition, to any and all engagement, to ultimate retention. The integration with the Loan Origination System (LOS) provides vital information to loan officers throughout the application process and the synchronization of data allows them to easily continue their communication with the customer throughout their mortgage life cycle

**What do you like best about Unify CRM?**

This system is great for housing a lot of information and making notes for individual contacts. I can also easily find names I am looking for and clean up duplicate contacts.

**What do you dislike about Unify CRM?**

There seem to be a lot of glitches in sending automated emails and the reporting can be a bit confusing. I have to periodically check that my automated emails are actually going out. There's no clear way to find the reporting you might be looking for. It results in a lot of emails to their support department requesting help.

**Recommendations to others considering Unify CRM:**

Be prepared to rely on their support team to assist with using the system. It can be tricky to get the reporting you need due to the design of the system not being very user friendly. I've also had to have them resolve issues with my automated emails not being sent on more than one occasion. 

**What problems is Unify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's useful in storing a lot of information and the ability to create automated email campaigns is convenient. The marketing library is a major benefit.; I can choose from hundreds of marketing campaigns to send to my clients.
