Being a no-code, configurable platform, Unifize enables organizations to build custom processes fit to their needs and by their design, allowing for ease of implementation and adoption. As head of Quality, I also love that every employee in my company can access the system at no extra cost, unlike so many other solutions out there. This way, I can focus on an integrated Quality culture instead of an expanding budget. There is no perfect eQMS solution, however, Unifize allows us to build as close to our eQMS utopia as possible. With that comes the burden of really knowing your processes, where you should have linked data, how it all flows together and whom is all responsible. Moving from an eQMS that was more of a document repository has helped us appreciate the collaboration that Unifize offers its users. Our team uses Unifize to document information about NC's, customer feedback, RMAs, and change control through the conversation pane each process provides, and the connectivity to other processes in the system has reduced our workload in the department significantly. Implementation of the system was strongly supported by the Unifize team, and we consider them colleagues as we continue to work closely together to best utilize the system. The training required to bring a team member is minimal as they can respond to Unifize actions with an email reply that is already familiar. Unifize captures everything in one place effortlessly which takes away a lot of frustration for compliance teams.

We've been using this software daily for a while now, and it has significantly improved our workflow. One of the best features is that all our processes are consolidated in one spot, making it easy to access everything we need. The software’s ability to link processes together allows us to get a clear snapshot of the day's issues, which is extremely helpful for staying organised.

Collaboration is also a breeze. It’s simple to bring in team members, have conversations, and keep everyone on the same page. Like any platform occassional technical glitches can occur, and system response may slow dow when multiple users access the same date simultaneously. While a quick refresh usually resolves the issue, it can temporarily disrupt workflow. However, these instances are infrequent and the highly responsive technical support team promptly addresses any concerns, minimizing downtime and ensuring a smooth user experience. How versatile and applicable it is when it comes to my team's daily needs. It allows us to consolidate all the necessary information needed to release products to our customers, to easily find and connect a variety of information (e.g., packaging information, bulk & raw material information, test results, etc.) in an easily accessible way that provides highly useful tracking history and commentary as well.
