UKG represents a combination of Ultipro and Kronos and it shows. The systems are not well meshed and often system is slow and unresponsive and data is inconsistent. To edit the timecards is extremely difficult, since there is not auto-save, and a minimal error deletes all your information, it is extremely slow to load, to read PTO information is very frustrating since it is not always accurate.
