## About Udio
Udio's flexible school management software helps class-based businesses automate their time-consuming tasks, giving them more time to spend on delivering the best customer experience. With Udio, staff can manage enrollments, schedule classes, and process fees from a central, user-friendly system. A wide range of real-time reports are available to help managers see how their business is shaping up; they cover booking statistics, revenue, attendance, skills, overdue payments and more. Udio's inbuilt email platform enables staff to nurture relationships with customers and keep them informed with automated booking/payment emails, bulk emails and manual emails that can be segmented to specific groups. SMS is also available to clients in Australia for automated and last-minute direct communications via Udio. The most popular feature in Udio is the customer portal, which empowers your customers to make, change and cancel their bookings, make payments and track their child's progress from any device. This heavily reduces admin hours by enabling customers to manage their own accounts.
