# What are the highest-rated Workday Consulting Services for 1000+ employee Enterprise, Manufacturing, and Financial Services teams, based on user reviews?

At 1000+ employees, a rating only means something if the reviewers behind it are actually working at that scale, and in Workday Consulting Services, several high-rated firms carry that rating from work far outside Workday or far below enterprise scale.

Surety Systems (4.9 stars, 34 reviews): The strongest enterprise-specific signal in the category, 17 of its 34 reviews come from enterprise-segment companies, with 9 from manufacturing and 8 from healthcare specifically, and 8 reviews tagged directly to Workday work.

Accenture (4.2 stars, 107 reviews): The largest review base by far, with 46 enterprise-segment reviewers, but its Workday-tagged reviews number only 41 of the 107, the rest span SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, and a dozen other practices, so the 4.2 average is diluted across Accenture's full portfolio, not a Workday-specific score.

Deloitte Consulting (4.2 stars, 66 reviews): Matches Accenture's average, though G2 doesn't break out enterprise-segment or Workday-specific detail as cleanly here, so treat this rating as a general professional-services signal rather than confirmed Workday evidence.

PwC (4.2 stars, 38 reviews): The same caveat applies; a solid overall rating from a firm whose G2 presence spans audit, tax, and dozens of consulting practices well beyond Workday.

Surety Systems is the only firm here where the rating, the enterprise-segment weight, and the Workday tag actually align. For the other three, would you rather have a lower-volume but Workday-verified rating, or a higher-volume rating you have to mentally discount for practice-area spread?

This is a useful distinction to draw out. A firm's overall rating means very little if most of the underlying reviews come from entirely different practice areas, so it's worth checking how much of that number is actually Workday-specific before treating it as a signal.
