"Features Shine Despite Setup Hurdles"

What do you like best about UC! Web?

I like that UC! Web allows me to check items in and out, which is not something easily done with spreadsheets, our previous tracking system. I'm also pleased that I can upload photos of materials and add a tag with an ID number. These features are valuable because they help me keep track of which item is out, its appearance, and its current location more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UC! Web?

The login page can be slow to load. It has a very outdated look and can be a little unintuitive to use. It took a bit because there were some technical issues setting up our accounts. There's also a learning curve since it's not intuitive, so it took some time to find where things are located and how to use the tracking features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
