Direct deposit shows up quickly. **What do you dislike about Forma?** - Reference plan docs for what is an approved/denied expense could be easier to find. - Add a feature that lets me describe my expense and the system would give me a approved/denied percentage and why. For example, "your expense has a 95% chance of being approved because it fits *reference the applicable plan docs section*. Your system flagged this response as "use of AI to generate part or all of a review violates our Community Guidelines. We’re unable to publish content that was not written in your own words." These are my own, human, words. What more do I need to do? Oh yes, there is a captcha for that! **What problems is Forma solving and how is that benefiting you?** Forma is a mostly automated, self-service, tool for submitting Perks+ expenses for my reimbursement directly to my paycheck. The self-service nature fits my asynchronous lifestyle: It's there for me when I need it, and it operates quickly when I do. ### 3. The flexibility to choose whether to use it on loans, bills, vacations or new athletic clothing is very encouraging. **What do you dislike about Forma?** Needing to spend your own money first prior to getting reimbursed can be inconvenient on its own, but its becomes even worse if you're not 100% sure if your purchased will be allowed to be reimbursed. In processing returns, their technology may not be automated (yet), but their approach is friendly and helpful, even with complex interactions.
