What do you like best about TUIO?

TUIO comes with the payment flexibility and I like it the.most. Parents constantly tell us how much they appreciate being able to choose a plan that matches their needsmonthly, quarterly, or even custom split payments. And heres the best part: none of it requires us to manually adjust invoices. It just works. Families who prefer to pay everything upfront can do so, while others spread it out. This automation takes the pressure off both parents and staff.Weve used other systems before, and they always left us with double worktracking down paperwork, rechecking who paid what. TUIO eliminated that stress. Our cash flow is now more predictable, and billing errors have basically disappeared. Our school had fewer than 50 students when we started our journey with TUIO. Tuition tracking and enrollment paperwork was my biggest headache from that time. Payments would get lost, spreadsheets would go out of sync, and I constantly worried about making mistakes.

Fast forward 18 months—our enrollment doubled, and so did our complexity. Yet, TUIO just grew with us. What I noticed unique in TUIO is how well it handles multiple student enrollments under a single family account. Therefore parents who have more than one child can manage everything in one place effortlessly. It gives us relief instantly as our team no longer needs to manually sync sibling records or duplicate data entry. We also love TUIO’s custom billing structure capabilities. Our new programs have different payment plans andTUIO allowed us to introduce it. So we can easily create tailored fee schedules per student, per class, or per term. We started using TUIO when our school had just under 50 students. At the time, reliability matters the most for us in managing tuition payments and enrollment. With our utter surprise we have experienced effortless TUIO scaled with us. After 18 months we doubled in size and got more effective.

I really appreciate their design which keeps scalability in mind and allows us to easily add anything. Like - new programmes, adjust billing structures, and onboard more families—without needing to overhaul our processes. The automated invoicing is mindblowing and so are the flexible payment options.
