Dealerships using the TruVideo Sales App begin building rapport with the customer before they even step foot on the lot by sending custom walkaround videos of both the exterior and interior of the car for sale. **What do you like best about TruVideo?**

Truvideo is extremely easy to use. From creating the video to sending the video to the customer to sending an estimate to the customer to communicating with the customer. Everything works seamlessly and works together to make our lives and the customers lives easier.

**What do you dislike about TruVideo?**

Sometimes there can be problems when trying to upload videos from the technicain side. Also, it is frustrating if you accidentally stop a video and then remember something that you should have added. It would be beneficial to be able to go back into the end of a video that was "stopped" and add something additional or edit videos before they are sent to the advisor/customer for review. There have been times where I've started a long video and pressed the stop button instead of the pause button and had to re-do the entire video because I couldn't go back. Also, although there is customer reports there are some areas where I wish it would allow you to tweak the reports even more to filter out certain things. For example the mileage filter is very large (1-30k miles) instead of allowing you to add your own customer filter (1-1000 miles for example).

**Recommendations to others considering TruVideo:**

Consider what TruVideo has to offer from the customers point of view. Will the customers see the value in what the product has to offer? Will this increase your business/revenue compared to what you offer now? Do other shops in your area of expertise offer these types of services? This is a great way to stand above other shops

**What problems is TruVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are many benefits to using this software. 1) It creates a value for the customer because they may never get to see the parts of the car that we show them and it allows them to see things through a technicians eyes 2) it makes it much easier to communicate with customers who are tech savvy and also with customer who are very busy because we can send the video and an estimate on all recommended/required work and all the customer needs to do is push one button to give us the go ahead. 3) This allows us to keep record of certain things on the vehicles like damage or recommended service so that we always have something to reference and go back to 4) Many other dealers do not offer this service and it is a bonus for customers that will make them want to come back
