Truvideo is extremely easy to use. From creating the video to sending the video to the customer to sending an estimate to the customer to communicating with the customer. Everything works seamlessly and works together to make our lives and the customers lives easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes there can be problems when trying to upload videos from the technicain side. Also, it is frustrating if you accidentally stop a video and then remember something that you should have added. It would be beneficial to be able to go back into the end of a video that was "stopped" and add something additional or edit videos before they are sent to the advisor/customer for review. There have been times where I've started a long video and pressed the stop button instead of the pause button and had to re-do the entire video because I couldn't go back. Also, although there is customer reports there are some areas where I wish it would allow you to tweak the reports even more to filter out certain things. For example the mileage filter is very large (1-30k miles) instead of allowing you to add your own customer filter (1-1000 miles for example). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
