They made a statement once that has always stuck with me, "if you lose a sales opportunity, it won't be because TruScore can't do it". Their service is second to none. Beyond that, they know their stuff with it comes to technology and findings to accomplish all of the one-off requests that we send to them. **What do you dislike about TruScore?** There are no dislikes that come to mind. **What problems is TruScore solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilize TruScore to host all of our many program assessments. Their agile ability helps us tremendously as we work to fulfill the needs of our customers, both custom and standard. The assessments they offer check all the boxes: validated, reliable, easy to use but most of all, they offer the tools that enable me support my clients in the most effective way. I can select a 360 assessment that is specific to my client's leadership role in the org, from IC all the way up to the C-Suite, that gives us a fact base with which to develop the most specific and useful development plan for the individual leader. The platform is very user-friendly both from a participant and administrative perspective, and their assessment advisors are fantastic in supporting our use of their tools. I have been so satisfied with the results my clients are able to achieve based on the specific feedback they receive from their stakeholders via TruScore assessments. **What do you dislike about TruScore?** After almost a decade of success using their tools, there's no downside. **What problems is TruScore solving and how is that benefiting you?** TruScore's 360s enable me to zero in on specific leadership behaviors on which to focus in order to support my clients in being the most effective leaders they can be. ### 5. Our main points of contact are always responsive and a pleasure to work with. TruScore's platform is intuitive and easy to use for survey participants and their raters. TruScore is always looking for ways to innovate and improve. **What do you dislike about TruScore?** I cannot think of anything that I dislike. **What problems is TruScore solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we need a new feature or need a feature adjusted, TruScore helps us to problem solve and determine the best course of action based on their expertise and experience. ### 6. We built great relationships with them right away. I also appreciate how open they are to new ideas. It is a safe place to brainstorm. **What do you dislike about TruScore?** This is tough. On the human side of things, there is not anything I would dislike about TruScore. The platform itself is great, especially for 360-like assessments. I think an "add rater" button right at the top next to "add participants" might help for those projects but not for our self-assessments. I also wish there was more flexibility in some of the changes to the system, like status emails. And saving the text if a client wants to add that optional text for invitations. **What problems is TruScore solving and how is that benefiting you?** We allow our participants to retest, currently TruScore is building a button for the users to help with all the support requests we receive. They are also building a new report for a new product that will be live end of Summer 2023. We have been with them since 2021 and every year we have changed the products and reports. ### 7. TruScore represents these evaluations in more easier to understand version. **What do you dislike about TruScore?** It requires some experience or training to work on this. **What problems is TruScore solving and how is that benefiting you?** When there is large surveys, there is a problem in analyzing the results of surveys. With the help of TruScore.. it becomes quite easy to understand and analyze those large data as well. ### 8. No need to go from one program to another because everything you need is all right there! So good! **What do you dislike about TruScore?** We haven't used this program for too long in my company so right now I have to say I dont have anything I dislike from it. **Recommendations to others considering TruScore:** If you want something that is seamless and easy to use, TruScore is that. Our company has used other programs similar in past years but this one is great because everything is all in one place. Same website for everything and you can see it in real time vs an hour or even a day later. There is so much support that comes with this product that if we ever get stuck, even at 10 at night we can always reach out and get a live support person. **What problems is TruScore solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can do evaluations through this program so easily and smoothly and have the other person see it and connect with it in real time vs an hour or even a day later. It connects everybody together and is so seamless. Other than evaluations, projects and surveys, all in one place, this product is customizable. It's been a great learning process. ### 10.
