TruScore is 360-degree feedback software and assessment services for leadership and talent development. Organizations use TruScore to run multi-rater 360 assessments, 180 assessments, self-assessments, and pulse surveys, either with TruScore's validated assessments or with their own proprietary content hosted on TruScore's platform. TruScore serves three groups: leadership development consultancies and coaching firms that need a platform to host and deliver their own assessments, corporate HR and L&D teams that need reliable 360 assessments for managers through the C-suite, and resellers who deliver white-labeled assessments under their own brand. The company is a dedicated 360-degree feedback provider built on more than 50 years of assessment science. Its practice began in 1972 with founder Dr. Daniel J. Booth, and its Task Cycle® instruments were developed with Dr. Clark Wilson, one of the originators of the 360-degree feedback concept. TruScore is not a performance management suite with a 360 module attached. Assessments are the entire product. Platform capabilities include a customizable competency library, custom and interactive report design, PDF and dashboard reporting, automated smart reminders, auto-enrollment, bounce-back handling, deadline extensions and report delivery, real-time rater participation tracking, online development plans, multilingual survey delivery, client-branded participant experiences, granular access controls, single sign-on, and LMS integration through TruScore's API. I like how accessible their team is. We built great relationships with them right away. I also appreciate how open they are to new ideas. It is a safe place to brainstorm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TruScore? This is tough. On the human side of things, there is not anything I would dislike about TruScore. The platform itself is great, especially for 360-like assessments. I think an "add rater" button right at the top next to "add participants" might help for those projects but not for our self-assessments. I also wish there was more flexibility in some of the changes to the system, like status emails. And saving the text if a client wants to add that optional text for invitations. We allow our participants to retest, currently TruScore is building a button for the users to help with all the support requests we receive. They are also building a new report for a new product that will be live end of Summer 2023. We have been with them since 2021 and every year we have changed the products and reports.
