"Trinet Dashboard"
5/5
What do you like best about TriNet PEO?

I like how the dashboard is setup because when I first log in, it lets me know when my next paycheck is. The left bar with the different links lets me check my retirement benefits quickly and the trinet perks is good when I want to check what kinds of deals there might be. What do you dislike about TriNet PEO?

I don't like how when I check to not show me I am going to a third party site, it will not remember that when I log in again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Positive Transition For Our Company"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TriNet PEO?

For me specifically, I came from using different brokers and systems for benefits, 401k, and payroll. The transition to having everything in one place with TriNet was game changing and we saw a significant cost saving. In addition to that, I have had the same support team from the get-go. I don't know if that is the case for everybody, but I have truly valued not having to transition to various people and being able to build that rapport. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet PEO?

I think there are some features I really wish could be implemented. For example, in our old time off system, you couldn't request time off if you didn't have enough hours (it considered any future hours as well). But with TriNet, if a supervisor isn't monitoring every individual's hours and they approve the request, it allows employees to go into the negative. I also wish the time & attendance system allowed for more features. For example, with Paycom, we could set a parameter where employees could not clock back in from lunch until they met their 30 minutes to ensure compliance. They are small things, but it would really help if those could be enabled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Fast Performance, and Great Support"
4/5
What do you like best about TriNet PEO?

I like how easy the system is. Overall, it works very well. I don't have any complaints about how to use it. When I do have questions, the AI question feature has been very helpful. It integrates systems that are both complex and useful, making them easier for users to understand and work alongside. Its performance is high speed and well done. I have minimal concerns about its speed. As for pricing, I would argue that it is fair for the system it provides. Overall, the support is great and fast. It is both accurate and precise when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet PEO?

I'm having issues managing the punch-in and punch-out features. It is frustrating that the system allows double punches and doesn't notify users when errors like this happen. I wish this were clearer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Pay & Benefits Info with Convenient Online Training in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TriNet PEO?

Benefits clear; pay information is clear; can do the training online. Like having the one place for all things related to pay, benefits, training/learning, doing goals and doing reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet PEO?

With the performance reviews - a lot of steps - do self evaluation, then manager evaluation, then to HR to review, then to manager to with employee, then all the signatures that are required. There is NO notification when a person has signed or a delay in signature. I like least the no notification of the need to do the next step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Support, Minor Update Delays"
5/5
What do you like best about TriNet PEO?

I really like how efficiently TriNet handles problems and provides immediate help. When I had questions about my time off due to surgery, they answered immediately and guided me through the process. Their timely assistance with payroll questions is also something I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet PEO?

Updating benefit information and PTO can be problematic. For my FSA account, it can take a few days to update after the card is used. Once the pay period is over, PTO does not always update correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ashley Dyslin of TriNet PEO

We might just love our support team as much as you do, Melissa! We're glad to help answer questions quickly and provide the support and guidance you need. We appreciate your feedback and will share with our team.

"Comprehensive HR Solution with Integrated Features"
5/5
What do you like best about TriNet PEO?

I like that TriNet PEO is an all-in-one HR solution that prevents me from having to juggle multiple applications. It makes it easier to manage different HR functions, and I appreciate how it integrates well with other applications like JazzHR for recruiting. I also find the organization development services helpful for complex HR tasks like benchmarking and compensation philosophy. Additionally, it was fairly easy to get set up in TriNet, which was a relief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet PEO?

Getting help with a specific issue can be slow due to the need to route through different teams, which is kind of a downside of having so many solutions in one platform. Also, I'd like the ability to organize the homepage to better suit my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Hub for Benefits, Time Off, and Insurance Details"
4/5
What do you like best about TriNet PEO?

It's easy to understand. All aspects of employee benefits are in one place. Good visibility into the time-off calendar with other employees' time off also shown.

I liked being able to check my health insurance providers as well as my time-off & accrual history.

I don't think I've used any integrations.

The site loads and responds plenty fast enough to be satisfactory.

My employer uses trident, so I can't speak to the pricing/ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet PEO?

I couldn't find seemingly important information:

- my salary (aside from manually calculating my paycheck)

- how many days of vacation I accrue per year

- when the sick time resets/replentishes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"TriNet: A One-Stop Shop for All My HR and Payroll Needs"
5/5
What do you like best about TriNet PEO?

I like that I'm able to do a one-stop-shop for all of my HR needs and questions. I'm able to review my pay stub, PTO account, submit for PTO, and modify my taxes and retirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet PEO?

I don't have any items that I don't like about TriNet. It really seems like the developers have checked all of the boxes that an employee might need for HR and payroll concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Access to Realistic Training, Though Login Verification Gets Repetitive"
5/5
What do you like best about TriNet PEO?

I like that TriNet PEO is easy to access and lets me get help when I need it. It makes completing my trainings easier because everything is together in one app instead of having to go to outside apps. I love the trainings they offer, especially the good, real-life scenarios where I can watch, give my feedback on what I think would happen, and then see how the scenario plays out. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet PEO?

I’d like not to have to get an authorization sent to my phone number every time I sign in. Otherwise, everything is perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Navigate HR Platform, but ATS Feels Bare-Bones"
1.5/5
What do you like best about TriNet PEO?

I find TriNet PEO user-friendly. I can easily access important documents, and the layout is clear. I rarely have to hunt for a function, even when it’s new to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TriNet PEO?

The ATS feels very bare bones. I’d like knockout questions that filter applicants who answer no to a required question out of the talent pool and automatically mark them as rejected. That would cut down on visual clutter and save recruiters from reviewing those applicants and manually noting why they aren’t a fit. A LinkedIn integration and scheduling tools on the platform would also be helpful, so I wouldn’t have to use an outside solution like Calendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
