you can navigate very easily, its all black and white. I don't have to go searching for things. Also, TriNet has helped introduce me to so many benefits that I didn't know I could take advantage of and makes me love my job even more. I have never had to wait for the website to load, everything seems to flow naturally. Any time that I have questions, I can easily chat with an agent (they have all been super helpful) instead of having to call to get an answer. Very reliable and quick. There isn't a ton of confusing UI, only a few places to look for things, and the menus are relatively straightforward. Logging in is also super nice as I don't have to jump through a ton of hoops and the 2FA is quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the menus feel redundant. I think overall it's not incredibly hard, but having to switch between Manager and Personal at times can get a little weird finding things. TriNet is intuitive and easy to use, making it convenient to access my paychecks and benefits. When I contact support, I usually receive a response fairly quickly. I occasionally run into glitches when downloading my paychecks. I can download a few, but subsequent downloads fail, and I have to log in again. I like that TriNet combines several HR functions into a single platform, which makes payroll, benefits, and employee information much easier to manage. I administer HR for two property management companies, about 80 employees in total, and we’ve used TriNet for a year. I’ve been very happy with it. The products and resources are well thought out and genuinely useful. Onboarding, payroll accuracy, benefits options, and compliance support have all been strong, and the team assigned to us has been a pleasure to work with. I use TriNet to check my holiday hours, pay, pay options, benefits, request time off, and check my paychecks. I like knowing when and how much my company is providing, and staying on top of my schedule helps with work-life balance. I do like knowing the projected PTO hours; it helps when planning longer trips. I'm really frustrated with TriNet PEO's 2-factor authentication. Even though I clock in at the same place, on the same machine, every day, it still prompts me to authenticate every time. It never seems to remember my system, which becomes quite a hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can immediately look at my benefits and get a clear picture of everything my company provides. Enrolling was simple, and I enrolled all my benefits within a day. TriNet PEO is intuitive and easy to use. As a new employee, I quickly found the basic employer benefits I needed. It doesn’t get in the way of anything else, and it helps me get back to my day instead of wasting time on admin stuff. The interface makes sense and is easy to navigate. It is very easy to log our hours, check our vacation and sick hours and also keep track of paydays. It is also very easy to use when checking on information about our medical plans as well. I also enjoy the TriNet perks for special deals on items we might need outside of work like new appliances and laptops. I like how simple it is to find the things I need to see, such as my pay and my taxes. I also like that I can view my benefits and how much I pay. Overall, TriNet is very simple to use and really useful.

When I use the mobile version, I can easily tap where I want to go and it’s right there. The app feels smooth and runs well without many bugs. I can also easily drag and drop a link, which saves a ton of time when the information tabs are right in front of me.
