Unfortunately, they have not provided their promised services so the money is a waste. **What do you dislike about TribeLocal?** They report on their website that the citations will be made within 3-21 days. However, months later, some of the local listings/citations were still listed as "submitted" and had not been completed. I reached out multiple times to ask about the delay and never heard a response. From talking with another local listing service, I realize that Tribe Local most likely uses cheap labor to manually list your business locations on different onliine listings like Brown Book, Yelp, etc. The good local listing services will have actually relationships with each online listing, and API connections to their listings, so the changes are instant rather than taking a long time or not getting done. Tribe Local promised during the sales process that I would receive full access to all of the citations they created. I am testing this promise as I am in the process of leaving the service. **Recommendations to others considering TribeLocal:** Do not use Tribe Local. Go with a service that does not manually create the citations but instead has an API connection with citation aggregators. **What problems is TribeLocal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tribe Local (supposedly) allows you to create citations (listings in online directories) easily, and to manage them in one place. You can view website stats (pulled from Google Analytics) and manage your reviews from their platform, but I found the reports to be lackluster since I'm used to being able to manipulate information within Google Analytics. ### 3. I regret ever doing business with this company in any way. **What do you dislike about TribeLocal?** Simply put, they don't deliver what you pay them for and then they never resolve the issue. **Recommendations to others considering TribeLocal:** Stay away. The service they offer for adding you or clients to the local directories is garbage. They not only do it very poorly but they don't even deliver on what they say they will do. I have now used them on four different occasions in order to be fair and to give them a fair chance. They were horrible each of the four times.
