Practical pricing of the software that makes very affordable even by small businesses and organisations. Ease of use and stand-by customer services providers. Collaboration and integration of the product with other platforms. The product is a cloud based software it has enhanced streamlining of internal order management systems and order fulfilment. **What do you dislike about Traverse Platform?** Being a royal user for over 3 years now this is the best supply chain management software i have interacted with so far. **What problems is Traverse Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform has enabled us optimise supply chain management by automating order management and preventing products overstocking and under stocking. It has also enabled us identify potential business opportunities and prepare to fill the market gap. ### 2. It lacks to provide an array of tools and resources. Its user interface is overwhelming. **What do you dislike about Traverse Platform?** I find the user interface of the Traverse Platform a bit confusing and not very intuitive, which makes it difficult to navigate and locate features. I feel that there's a lack of customization options limiting its adaptability to our business requirements. **What problems is Traverse Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've experienced responsiveness, from their customer support leaving users stranded when they encounter issues. The Traverse Platform has not resolved issues related to vendor compliance and supply chain visibility. This process is too much costly. ### 3. The tool is very easy to use and learn. We were quickly able to identify which vendors were causing the most issues, what those issues were, and which locations were driving the most frequent problems. We worked back with those vendors on process improvements which then drove efficiency in our receiving operations. The Traverse team is one big family and we are happy to be a part of it. **What do you dislike about Traverse Platform?** As with any tool, if you want do any customization, there will be a cost and it isn't cheap. It helps foster a significant relationship between retailer and supplier. Account representatives are knowledgeable and understand what works best for all parties involved. **What do you dislike about Traverse Platform?** I can not wait till only one version of the platform is in production. Some functions on the desktop application is not accessible on the online version of Traverse. Still both are amazing tools! **What problems is Traverse Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** One tool for communication regarding shipment compliance. The tool allows the retailer to communicate non-compliant shipments to the brand partner. The brand can log on to its online version to view specific details about its compliance issues. The user can also ask questions regarding the violation. Reporting can be pulled to show trends in shipping and automatic reports can be sent to show performance. ### 6.
