What do you like best about Traction Complete?

TractionComplete is a very powerful tool that can be used to automate a lot of logic in your day to day operational processes. I use TractionComplete mainly for lead routing and I've found it very powerful in its ability to implement rather complicated cross-relational objects matching and populating of fields. What do you dislike about Traction Complete?

What problems is Traction Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps tremendously with building our account hierarchies, territory management and organizing and making sense of account firmographic data. We found early on that this functionality was necessary and wasn't part of our D&B build. We attempted to add rudimentary solutions but quickly learned we were in over our heads and the build versus buy decision was an easy one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Traction Hierarchies as the source of truth for our business and account structures in Salesforce. This minimizes bickering between teams and allows us to execute more quickly. Traction Complete is a great tool; however, I think that building hierarchies should not be a manual process. Automate it instead.
