# How are you handling Lead-to-Account matching and routing in Traction Complete inside Salesforce?

Lead-to-Account matching and routing has been a big help for us, especially since it works directly within Salesforce and automatically assigns leads to the right account owner instead of piling up unassigned. It has reduced manual lead checks and morning assignments, helped us respond faster, and kept Salesforce data cleaner by avoiding duplicate leads. The main downside is the UI feels old school and cluttered when changing settings, which can be tough for non-technical users. How have you set up routing rules, and what tips do you have for navigating the settings more easily?
