As a COO Trackstat makes my life easy. I can see where the practice is at and where it’s going. It analyzes the practice very quickly and their support is amazing. We just started using online scheduling and it’s like they have run a practice before and the front desk loves the software. We moved from Echo/Zingit and it’s way easier to use than their system. Nothing really, it’s easy to use and they are constantly improving it and making it easier. The inbox was good before but it’s way better. Trackstat makes it extremely easy to find patients who have fallen off track. It helps us fill our schedule with existing patients by prioritizing ones who are more likely to schedule. It does a lot more than stats, it does our automations, scheduling, reviews, appointment reminders and even has a mobile app. Plus it automatically calculates all of our stats. There is a lot of untapped potential with TrackStat. Integrating monthly/quarterly stats still needs work to be useful for us in our office. Using spreadsheets has proved more reliable at this time still, even if it means inputting all of the data manually. The tagging system is also quite confusing with TrackStat. If there was an easier way to add/remove a tag, it might be helpful, and we can integrate it with more of what we do in the office, but every time we try to incorporate that, we run into issues.
