**What do you like best about TrackStat?**

TrackStat’s AI-driven automation makes it far more than just a data dashboard. It intelligently syncs with your chiropractic EHR, centralizing patient information and using machine learning to identify who is falling off track and who is most likely to return. Instead of manually digging through charts or running reports, the system surfaces real-time insights—based on visit patterns, payments, engagement, and more—to automatically refill your schedule. Beyond analytics, TrackStat automates patient journeys, from reminders to review requests to online scheduling, and even includes a mobile app for on-the-go oversight. Everything you need is streamlined into one automated, AI-enhanced platform.

**What do you dislike about TrackStat?**

Honestly, what stands out most is how receptive the team is to feedback and how quickly they implement improvements. Because the platform was designed by chiropractors specifically for healthcare, it already feels intuitive—but they continue evolving it with more automation and AI features, which makes the experience stronger every month.

**What problems is TrackStat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TrackStat eliminates the inefficiencies that traditionally slow down a chiropractic office. Instead of hiring more staff to handle recalls, reminders, or tracking patient progress, TrackStat uses automation and AI to handle those tasks with precision. **What do you like best about TrackStat?**

As a COO Trackstat makes my life easy. I can see where the practice is at and where it’s going. It analyzes the practice very quickly and their support is amazing. We just started using online scheduling and it’s like they have run a practice before and the front desk loves the software. We moved from Echo/Zingit and it’s way easier to use than their system. The owner likes the marketing portion of the software and now they are connecting to gohighlevel.

**What do you dislike about TrackStat?**

Nothing really, it’s easy to use and they are constantly improving it and making it easier. The inbox was good before but it’s way better. They managed to reduce clicks and make it even easier to use. I love how they are constantly innovating and listening to their customers' needs and implementing changes.

**What problems is TrackStat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team was annoyed with the creation of our manual spreadsheets of stats and treatment plan tracking. We have saved hours of time per week and it actually gets done on time, correctly. This is huge for any practice trying to get more done without hiring more people.

**What do you like best about TrackStat?**

Trackstat simplifies the process of identifying patients who have veered off course, streamlining our efforts to re-engage them. By focusing on individuals with a higher likelihood of scheduling, it optimizes our appointment calendar with existing patients. Beyond its statistical functions, Trackstat encompasses automation, scheduling, feedback management, appointment reminders, and boasts a user-friendly mobile application. Moreover, it handles the automatic computation of all our statistical data, enhancing our operational efficiency.  We also do a lot of personal injury, and it makes managing those cases much easier.

**What do you dislike about TrackStat?**

They are very responsive, and when I point out a bug, they get back to me about it and get it fixed. No software is perfect, but I’m grateful they respond to my inquiries and get them fixed unlike other software I have used.

**What problems is TrackStat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to waste hours of time manually doing some of the things Trackstat does, but we never even came close to getting it all done. All those little things are getting done consistently, and it helps with making your practice more profitable. I’ve only been a client for about a year and I’ve seen massive improvements to the software.

**What do you like best about TrackStat?**

Trackstat has helped us with our patient communication, stats and knowing where to focus in our practice. 

Their customer service has been great and they have held our hands setting this up. 

I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their office process and profitability.  Long story short they saved my practice after office procedures were costing me thousands of dollars and now we have improved those and trackstat was one of the main tools to fix it.

**What do you dislike about TrackStat?**

Nothing.  They have made improvements in the short time I have used this.  I have no real complaints.

**What problems is TrackStat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to communicate with my patients while also keeping up with clinical numbers that are vital for a practice to thrive.

**What do you like best about TrackStat?**

Trackstat makes it extremely easy to find patients who have fallen off track. It helps us fill our schedule with existing patients by prioritizing ones who are more likely to schedule. It does a lot more than stats, it does our automations, scheduling, reviews, appointment reminders and even has a mobile app. Plus it automatically calculates all of our stats.

**What do you dislike about TrackStat?**

Nothing really stands out; they listen and continue to build out an amazing product. It was built by chiropractors for healthcare and it’s really intuitive.

**What problems is TrackStat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our existing staff get more done with automation so I don’t have to hire additional people to get the job done. It essentially helps our practice become more efficient and profitable by cutting down on labor costs and helping us add more patients to the schedule.

**What do you like best about TrackStat?**

TrackStat has seamlessly integrated with our EHR software to allow automated appointment reminders specific to the appointment type. TrackStat has also made mass text/emails much easier to reach our patient base than before.

**What do you dislike about TrackStat?**

There is a lot of untapped potential with TrackStat. Integrating monthly/quarterly stats still needs work to be useful for us in our office. Using spreadsheets has proved more reliable at this time still, even if it means inputting all of the data manually. The tagging system is also quite confusing with TrackStat. If there was an easier way to add/remove a tag, it might be helpful, and we can integrate it with more of what we do in the office, but every time we try to incorporate that, we run into issues.

**What problems is TrackStat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TrackStat has benefitted us by removing the obstacle of sending individual patient reminders. An automated messaging system has helped us prevent missed and canceled appointments, allowing our front desk staff to focus on more pressing tasks.
