What do you like best about TrackStat?

TrackStat’s AI-driven automation makes it far more than just a data dashboard. It intelligently syncs with your chiropractic EHR, centralizing patient information and using machine learning to identify who is falling off track and who is most likely to return. What do you dislike about TrackStat?

Honestly, what stands out most is how receptive the team is to feedback and how quickly they implement improvements. Because the platform was designed by chiropractors specifically for healthcare, it already feels intuitive—but they continue evolving it with more automation and AI features, which makes the experience stronger every month. What do you like best about TrackStat?

As a COO Trackstat makes my life easy. I can see where the practice is at and where it’s going. It analyzes the practice very quickly and their support is amazing. We just started using online scheduling and it’s like they have run a practice before and the front desk loves the software. We moved from Echo/Zingit and it’s way easier to use than their system. What do you dislike about TrackStat?

Nothing really, it’s easy to use and they are constantly improving it and making it easier. The inbox was good before but it’s way better. They managed to reduce clicks and make it even easier to use. I love how they are constantly innovating and listening to their customers' needs and implementing changes. What do you like best about TrackStat?

Trackstat simplifies the process of identifying patients who have veered off course, streamlining our efforts to re-engage them. By focusing on individuals with a higher likelihood of scheduling, it optimizes our appointment calendar with existing patients. Beyond its statistical functions, Trackstat encompasses automation, scheduling, feedback management, appointment reminders, and boasts a user-friendly mobile application. Moreover, it handles the automatic computation of all our statistical data, enhancing our operational efficiency. We also do a lot of personal injury, and it makes managing those cases much easier. What do you dislike about TrackStat?

What do you like best about TrackStat?

Trackstat has helped us with our patient communication, stats and knowing where to focus in our practice.

Their customer service has been great and they have held our hands setting this up.

I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their office process and profitability. Long story short they saved my practice after office procedures were costing me thousands of dollars and now we have improved those and trackstat was one of the main tools to fix it. What do you like best about TrackStat?

Trackstat makes it extremely easy to find patients who have fallen off track. It helps us fill our schedule with existing patients by prioritizing ones who are more likely to schedule. It does a lot more than stats, it does our automations, scheduling, reviews, appointment reminders and even has a mobile app. Plus it automatically calculates all of our stats. What do you like best about TrackStat?

TrackStat has seamlessly integrated with our EHR software to allow automated appointment reminders specific to the appointment type. TrackStat has also made mass text/emails much easier to reach our patient base than before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrackStat?

There is a lot of untapped potential with TrackStat. Integrating monthly/quarterly stats still needs work to be useful for us in our office. Using spreadsheets has proved more reliable at this time still, even if it means inputting all of the data manually. The tagging system is also quite confusing with TrackStat. If there was an easier way to add/remove a tag, it might be helpful, and we can integrate it with more of what we do in the office, but every time we try to incorporate that, we run into issues.
